Toshiyuki Kato

Toshiyuki Kato (加藤 敏幸, Kato Toshiyuki) is an animator and storyboard artist credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. He works primarily as one of the series' storyboard artists and the series director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.

Originally affiliated with Studio Deen and Gallop, he currently works for David Production. He is particularly known to visually distort scenes to "move the atmosphere without moving the picture."
