Phillip Reich
Phillip Reich is an American voice actor who voices Giorno Giovanna in the English dub of the fourth season of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation, Golden Wind. He also voiced Yuya Fungami in the third season, Diamond is Unbreakable.
He is also well known for his roles as Mark Twain in Bungo Stray Dogs, Sugimura in Persona 5, Rinnosuke Mitobe in Kuroko's Basketball, and Will and Marshal in Pokemon Masters.
Biography
Phillip Reich was born in Burbank, California on May 14.[1] Prior to his career in voice acting, he went to Chapman University to study film production with a focus on editing. During his time there, Reich performed numerous voiceovers for his colleague's student films, eventually prompting him to reach out to other voice talents in pursuit of a career.[2] In May 2012, Reich became a self-employed voice over actor after years of working as an assistant editor for various studios like Warner Bros. Television. Years later, he now voice acts full-time out of Los Angeles, California

Trivia
- When asked what character he believes would be fun to voice in the English dub of Stone Ocean's anime adaptation, Reich responded that he would love to voice Weather Report, basing his answer on how much he enjoyed playing as him in Eyes of Heaven.[3]
- However, Weather Report in the end was voiced by Stephen Fu in the English dub of Stone Ocean.
- When asked if he were to hypothetically have a Stand, what would its name and ability be, Reich has stated that he would name it either "Power of Love" and that the Stand would take the appearance of a Volkswagen Beetle. Its ability would simply be to drive and smash into enemies.[4]
