Kentaro Tokiwa (常盤 健太郎, Tokiwa Kentarō) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Tokiwa was an animation director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
Originally from Studio AD Cosmo, Tokiwa currently works freelance on various shows like Heaven's Lost Property, Hayate the Combat Butler and Keijo.

- The animator was involved in a controversy back in 2015 for asking people on twitter to support the JoJo series, stating that they "couldn't make Part 4 and Part 5 if no one buys the blu-rays." The tweet included mock-up designs for characters in Vento Aureo. His twitter account was deleted a few days later.[3]
