Kei Tsuchiya

Kei Tsuchiya (土屋 圭, Tsuchiya Kei) is a Japanese animator credited as a key animator for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation and the sub-character designer for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean by David Production.

Tsuchiya has been the character designer for numerous animated series such as Arve Rezzle: Mechanized Fairies, Police in a Pod, Shonen Hollywood and Laidbackers.

He has also worked as the chief animation director on various other animated series such as Boogiepop and Others and No Guns Life (the latter of which has had Masanori Shino, the character designer for Stone Ocean make its character designs).
