Daisuke Tsumagari (津曲 大介, Tsumagari Daisuke) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. He was a prominent animation director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind and the chief animation director for Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan Episode 9: The Run.

Tsumagari is most notably known for being the main key animator on series like Naruto, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, and Bleach.
