They formed the JO☆STARS trio in 2015 for the second half of the Stardust Crusaders anime, performing the opening theme song "JoJo: The Memories of That Blood ~end of THE WORLD~".
Biography
JO☆STARS won the theme song award of The 20th Animation Kobe in 2015. They held their first single live concert at Zepp Diver City Tokyo on May, 2016. Due to the popularity of that concert, they held an additional live concert at Akasaka BLITZ. For the final episode of Diamond is Unbreakable on December 24, 2016, they sang Great Days UNITS ver. together with THE DU, batta, Karen Aoki, and Daisuke Hasegawa, altering their group name to be JO☆UNITED.
In March 2017, JO☆STARS performed an acoustic live tour at eight locations in Japan entitled "JO☆STARS Acoustic Session 2017 ~ Season 1". Along with Daisuke Hasegawa, they made their debut in the United States as guests for Saboten Con 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona, marking the first time that a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure concert was held in the US.[1]
In 2022, JO☆STARS released their debut mini-album Sessions to accompany their national tour of Japan in May 2022. Throughout the beginning of 2022, they digitally released 4 of the album's 5 tracks, one each month up until the release of the album.
