Lyrics

Original

Japanese Kanji

Yesterday

Loneliness

Heavenly

Romaji and English Translation

Japanese Rōmaji
English Translation

Yesterday
Boku ni mieteru riaru wa
Hoka no dare tomo chigau no da to ureiteta

Yesterday
It pained me that the reality I saw
was different from everyone else's

Loneliness
Wakachi au koto yori mo
Akirameru yō ni toji kometeta, ano hi made wa

Loneliness
Outweighed my empathy for others
I gave up and shut myself away, until that day

Emerarudo no wazuka na uzuki
Ikasareta sono imi o kamishimeru

The slight twinge of emerald
I wonder why it was that I lived on

Sore ga kimi ni mieru no nara
Boku wa mō hitori ja nai
Zetsubō no tobari o dete, kibō no imi o shiru yo

If you can see this thing
Then I'm no longer all alone
I'll leave this veil of despair
and learn the meaning of hope

Heavenly
Hidoku sawagashī hibi wa
Furuki tomodachi to sugoshiteru yō na, kokochi ga shita

Heavenly
All those loud, noisy days
It felt just like spending time with old friends

Emerarudo no mabushī ketsui
Kono saki ni nani ga matteiyō tomo

The dazzling determination of emerald
No matter what lies in wait for us ahead

Inochi o kake tatakau koto

I put my life on the line and fight
I don't regret any of it one bit
I swear now to never be that miserable me again

Mamotte miseru sa, saigo made
Taisetsu na hito ga boku-ra no kaeri o matteru kara

I'll protect us all to the very end
Since the people we cherish
are waiting for us back home

Kimi no heta na jōku o kiki
Kudaranai to warau yo
Konna fū ni sugosu boku ga bokurashī to omōn da....

As I listen to your stupid jokes
And laugh at how terrible they are
I think this way of life is so much more like me...
