Mitsuko Baba (馬場 充子, Baba Mitsuko) is a Japanese animator credited for her work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Baba is notable for having worked on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable mainly as an assistant chief animation director alongside Syunichi Ishimoto.

Affiliated with Studio Breeze. Junior to Yoshihiko Umakoshi. Baba and Terumi Nishii are often cited as the right-hands of Umakoshi, the three of them having very similar character designs.
