Takahiro Kamei (亀井 隆広, Kamei Takahiro) is a Japanese animator affiliated with David Production, credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He worked primarily as an episode director in Golden Wind, but also provided significant animation direction assistance in season one.

As an affiliate of David Production, Kamei is a supervisor and storyboard artist for several of the studio's animated series, including Sagrada Reset, Strike Witches, Captain Tsubasa, and Fire Force.
