Daisuke Tsumagari (津曲 大介, Tsumagari Daisuke) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. He was a prominant animation director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind and the chief animation director for Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: Episode 16 - The Run.
