Toshiyuki Kato (加藤 敏幸, Kato Toshiyuki) is an animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. He is prominently known as one of the series' storyboard artists and the series director for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable.

Originally affiliated with Studio Deen and Gallop, he currently works for David Production. He is particularly known to visually distort scenes to "move the atmosphere without moving the picture."
