Terumi Nishii (芦谷 耕平, Nishii Terumi) is a Japanese animation director credited for her work on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable by David Production.

Graduating from Osaka College of Design, Terumi was animator previously affiliated with Studio Cockpit before working freelance. Since then, her work consists of directing for multiple anime and releasing original dōjinshi like "Crown of Uroboros."
