Kyoko Kotani (小谷 杏子, Kotani Kyoko) is a Japanese animator credited for her work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Kotani was an animation director for seasons one and two and a key animator for Diamond is Unbreakable.

Kotani is a freelance animator known her work as an animation director on series such as Kuroko's Basketball, Uta no Prince-sama, Dance with Devils, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. She was also the chief animation director for Dance with Devils.
