Mitsuko Baba (馬場 充子, Baba Mitsuko) is a Japanese animator credited for her work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Baba is notable for having worked on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, mainly as an assistant chief animation director to Terumi Nishii.

Affiliated with Studio Breeze. Junior to Yoshihiko Umakoshi. Baba and Nishii are often cited as the right-hands of Umakoshi, the three of them having very similar character designs.
