Ryo Kobayashi (小林 亮, Kobayashi Ryo) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He was an animation director for all three seasons.

Kobayashi has also worked as an animation director on other series such as Monster Hunter Stories: Ride On, Ace of Diamond, Inu x Boku SS and The Book of Bantorra.
