Toshiyuki Kato (加藤 敏幸, Kato Toshiyuki) is an animator and storyboard artist credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. He works primarily as one of the TV Anime series's main directors and storyboard artists since the first season.
Originally affiliated with Studio Deen and Gallop, he currently works for David Production. He is particularly known to visually distort scenes to "move the atmosphere without moving the picture.[2]"

- Kato's favorite scene from the TV anime was during the Anubis arc in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders when Polnareff is getting a shave at a salon. He notes the details of this scene were particularly nostalgic to him due to his own parents running a barber shop.[3]
