Manabu Akita (秋田 学, Akita Manabu) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the TV adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure by David Production. Akita was an animation director for season one.

Akita is a freelance animator who's worked as an animation director on various anime series, such as Rage of Bahamut and Yuri on Ice. He was also the chief animation director and character designer for Kakegurui - Compulsive Gambler.
