Jonathan manages to eject the poison from his bloodstream by exploiting his new Ripple powers inherited after Zeppeli's death. For unknown reasons in JJL Chapter 91, Mina is called Miwa (ミワ, Miwa) by Mitsuba Higashikata.
Maako tries to alleviate the situation when the staff of her child's school and the parent council argue with Mitsuba about Tsurugi attacking his classmate Mina with the school gates. She tells Mitsuba not to worry because she's upbeat and good friends with Mina's mom so she'll be an in-between for the two to settle things out. However, Mitsuba tells Maako to move her "forepaw" off her shoulder. After Mitsuba threatens them all and leaves, Maako points out that all evidence points to Tsurugi being the culprit of the crime. Before she left, Mitsuba placed upward-pointing vectors on the coffee cups that Maako and the others were holding causing it to spill all over them.
She has one daughter and is the girlfriend of Ojiro Sasame, though he uses her to his own advantage by stealing some of her money and mainly residing in her condo's jacuzzi. He calls her by the nickname "Makorin". While Ojiro is in her jacuzzi, Maako declares her hate for Mitsuba and mentions about the rumors of Jobin killing his classmate to heal his incurable disease. She realizes she's late to pick up her daughter from school and accidentally steps on Ojiro's prosthetic fingers while leaving, but she promises to buy him new ones that are way better.
When Ojiro steals the Locacaca from the Higashikata house, he sends Maako pictures and evidence of Jobin's smuggling and money laundering. She later looks around her condo for Ojiro and then hears his phone ringing. Jobin explains his Stand Speed King's ability before realizing she isn't a Stand user, and then kills her by boiling her blood vessels before drowning her in her jacuzzi, where she reunites with Ojiro's corpse.
After their marriage, he seems to care about her, but she continues to love Gunpei even as a corpse. Their life together was happy, and even though they didn't burn with passion for each other, they were blessed with two kids (actually Gunpei's children, but Shuichi didn't know this).
Some time after Rohan successfully poaches some abalone, he is glad to see Virgina together with Tonio in the kitchen, with her no longer in a wheelchair.
Unbeknownst to them, the family is stalked by a spirit taking the form of a man with a rabbit mask who brings misfortune to anyone in the family who doesn't spend the harvest moon night watching the moon. The family as a whole is incredibly unlucky, but those who watch the harvest moon have had long lives. The family lived like this since the battle of Sekigahara.
The Spirit stalks the Mochizuki Family and is responsible for many unfortunate events that endanger the family, seemingly taking pleasure in tormenting the family. However, the Spirit cannot take the life of a former family member (such as a Mochizuki woman who becomes engaged to another).
On November 4, after disturbing Yoma's strict sleep schedule, Sawaki was pulled into Mika's apartment and brutally murdered. Yoma killed Sawaki by severing the carotid arteries in his neck. His body was hidden in the apartment block's underground parking lot, encased in cement.
Julio runs straight to George's house one morning after hearing about Antonio's death and sees George isn't there. He believes Lisa Lisa must have helped George with murdering Antonio, and tells their mother Erina that it must have been those two since they were both missing from their rooms. In school, he accuses George and tells him to provide proof that he isn't the culprit. His teacher, Mr. Fernandes, tells Julio that he and his friends should be ashamed for bullying George. Julio grits his teeth but continues accusing Lisa Lisa since she was missing, believing she used her weird power to kill Antonio.
When Julio's classmate, Tsukumojuku Kato, declares that he solved the case already, Julio says it's impossible because they just found Antonio's corpse less than an hour prior. He then freaks out after Tsukumojuku reveals Antonio's corpse in the classroom. Although George and his other classmates stay home from school after shock from the incident regarding Antonio, Julio still goes to school every day. He takes over Antonio's role as leader of the gang of bullies but decides not to persecute George any more.
He is shocked to see Lisa Lisa after she reveals herself hiding inside Antonio's corpse. Mr. Fernandes goes out to the dimly lit hall to take care of the incident, but is suddenly killed by Antonio's father, Alejandro Torres.
Alejandro was a vampire and turned Mr. Fernandes into a zombie. As a zombie, he is forced to close all the curtains in the hallway for Alejandro, until his entire body crumbles from the sunlight.
Every year on June 16th since Antonio was a baby, Maria peels off his skin bit by bit while leaving his blood, bones, and flesh intact. She then carefully places the pieces together, treats them with a thin-coating of oil to prevent them from drying out, seals them with medical adhesive, and sews the pieces together with very fine thread. Antonio's hair that was shed from prior months would be placed on top of the head of her creation to complete the full body work of art, which she called "This Year's Antonio".
She adapts her technique over time, while Antonio's body adapts to survive the pain. Rather than taking photographs of her child like a normal person, Maria obsessed over the texture of Antonio's skin, and wanted to preserve it each year. Before the police takes her away after they discover Antonio's corpse, Maria rubs her cheek against the final "This Year's Antonio" she created, desperate to savor her last moments with her art.
Lisa Lisa lures Alejandro out of hiding by disguising herself within Antonio's hollow corpse and then walking to school, confusing him into thinking Antonio was somehow still alive. Alejandro kills his son's teacher, Mr. Fernandes, and turns him into a zombie to control him into closing all the curtains in the school hallway so that the sunlight would no longer shine through the windows. Tsukumojuku Kato spots him standing on the ceiling of the hallway and wonders if Antonio had an older brother, because of Alejandro's young appearance. Alejandro asks Lisa Lisa if she has seen his son and George describes his voice as having a strange sweetness that made him feel dizzy.
After Lisa Lisa insults him for being a terrible father, Alejandro lunges toward her planning to eat her guts. Lisa Lisa uses her Ripple ability named Indigo Blue Overdrive on the ground. The Ripple heads toward Alejandro, knocks him backward, and instantly crumbles his body. Straizo and the other Ripple warriors later clean up the remains of Alejandro and Antonio.
Jonda Joestar (ジョンダ・ジョースター, Jonda Jōsutā) is the son of Joseph Joestar and the adoptive father of Jorge Joestar in the 37th iteration of the universe.
Jorge describes Jonda's name as a particularly misguided attempt at picking a name that sounds Japanese. Jonda would hear all the stories of the detective cases Jorge went on.
In 2014, Jonda marries Penelope de la Rosa after she decides to stay in Nishi Akatsuki. They have a daughter in 2015 named Joeko Joestar.Serika Kato (加藤
Jorge Joestar rides his bike to the outskirts of Takefu, Fukui, and finds their house burning. Her family was eating dinner in their home when suddenly water started pouring down the stairs. They rushed out of the house and then the house started burning. Seshiru points out that a random stranger, later revealed to be Tsukumojuku Kato, was swimming in the pool of water inside. Their house was filled with sea water, and there were jets of it spitting out of every crack. The water was moving through the house at whirlpool speeds, and Satoshi had shut the front door to protect his family from the current and the furniture hurtling along in it.
Jorge asks if Tsukumojuku is related to them but they do not reply, shocked from their recently built house burning. Their family stays the night at a hotel, with Serika reeling from the shock of everything.Javier has a Wound that allows him to travel through anyone's dreams, similarly to the Stand Death Thirteen. Javier would wear clown clothes and makeup, enter the dreams of vulnerable victims, work his way into their hearts, and draw out their darkest emotions. Javier would first find someone his victim hated or had trouble getting along with, and then manipulate his victim to blame all their negative emotions on that person. He would twist their fears to make the victim think that person was the source of all their problems. Despite how forced the logic or reasoning was, Javier's target would believe him after his constant whispering to them in their dreams. He would go as far as to torture them if necessary, by either killing them in their dreams or having their enemy kill them. Javier's victims would awaken in a nervous frenzy and feel as if the real world was a dream. Eventually, Javier succeeds with fifteen victims and they murder their targets in locked rooms. As his victims do not remember the details of their dreams when they awaken, they assume they created the tricks for the locked room murders themselves.
Tsukumojuku assumes that Javier was abused and molested for over ten years by his mother, Leonora Cortes, which developed his Wound ability. Javier would comfort Leonora when his father, Juan Rovira Cortes would make her cry. Whenever Javier slept, he would be trapped in a locked room with his mother. Javier's desire to escape from his flesh while he was in that locked room with her manifested into letting him sleep and escape through dreams. He would get an unhealthy amount of sleep, as he was also sleeping during the day and entering the daydreams of his victims. Javier admits to George that the one he really wanted to kill was himself.
Javier ends up being caught by the police when he attempts to target Penelope de la Rosa, who has a pathological fear of clowns. Penelope clearly remembers her dreams but nobody believes her aside from Tsukumojuku and George. They bring up the dreams to Javier's other victims and they end up remembering him. Javier had talked a lot about himself in their dreams, as he was overconfident that they wouldn't remember him. From their descriptions, George and Tsukumojuku were able to piece together his identity and draw a composite sketch.
The Spanish police on La Palma beat Javier to death with their nightsticks and sink his body in the bottom of the sea at night. George and Tsukumojuku were powerless to stop them and Leonora didn't even try. If stories spread about Leonora's son being a witch because of his mysterious powers, the church would end up being involved, and Leonora's entire family would be persecuted.
Masami Shirai (
Shirai later calls Jorge back and says all of the criminals were shocked when he brought up dreams to them. They had forgotten about their dreams until it was brought up to them, but all of their dreams had a man with a hat pulled down over his eyes. They knew the man's name was Yoshikage Kira and he left them with a message to tell the police officers in case they ever got arrested: "If Jorge Joestar ever comes to Morioh, I'll kill him".
Shirai warns Jorge to stay away from Morioh at all costs because of the danger, but it only makes Jorge more interested to go there.Eventually she stops crying when she realizes she has Javier. Tsukumojuku Kato assumes that she was molesting and abusing her son for over ten years, forcing him to sleep in a locked room with her.
Before her husband returns home, Leonora kills herself after the Spanish police kill her son.
Javier Cortes starts appearing in Penelope's dreams disguised as a clown and attempts to make Penelope kill her mother. Penelope would resist it but develops a Wound ability that activates after Javier's death. Penelope's Wound causes Isabella to be locked inside her kitchen one day with a clown standing in the corner. Isabella hysterically hides behind a sofa. Penelope manages to break the door open after several repeated tries and saves Isabella, making the clown disappear. Penelope realizes the only one she can talk to and trust is Isabella. However, Isabella blames Penelope for everything and is convinced that Penelope hates her and wants to kill her.
George tries to explain the situation to Isabella and demonstrates how Penelope's ability works, but Isabella remains terrified and convinced that Penelope was possessed by the devil.
Eduardo Noriega (エドヴァルド・ノリエガ, Edovarudo Noriega) is the former boyfriend of Penelope de la Rosa, although he never bothered breaking up with her. He is a thug who would beat up Penelope, treat her like his property, and sell anything she owned of value. Penelope's mother, Isabella, attempts to convince Penelope to break up with him but Eduardo turns the two against each other by threatening to ruin Penelope permanently if Isabella interferes. After the case with Javier Cortes, Eduardo leaves her without saying goodbye. Penelope would wait for him to come back but eventually realizes her mother is the only one she can trust and starts hating Eduardo.
Eduardo later shows up in front of Penelope and George Joestar on their way to Penelope's workplace. He says he just wanted to see how Penelope was doing, although she replies saying she never wants to see him again and not to expect any money from her. Eduardo panickingly mentions about how he had seen something strange. His desperate and terrified demeanor confuses George, as he appeared nothing like the "alpha male" he was when George and Tsukumojuku had spoke to him before. Penelope assumes he's acting and tells him to shut up, but Eduardo continues describing the mysterious Moth Man with wings he saw one night while he was in bed with his new girlfriend, Prunella. He worries that the Moth Man would do something awful to him. Eduardo also mentions that he doesn't love Prunella as much as he loved Penelope.
Penelope goes berserk from her emotions and summons a locked room surrounding Eduardo with her Wound's ability. However, Eduardo continues mumbling about the Moth Man, deep in thought. He ends up being strangled with a noose from Penelope's clown within the locked room and almost dies until George saves him. Eduardo is unconscious afterwards but still alive.Eduardo being trapped within Penelope's locked room
Chomaru Bariya (
Bariya is a blond man who is both a detective and an Italian chef. Jorge Joestar had seen him on TV several times. Bariya recruits the other detectives on short notice to hold an emergency press conference regarding the mysterious murders of the three detectives in Morioh, Sachiari Hakkyoku, Nekoneko Nyan Nyan Nyan, and Tsukumojuku Kato. He is the speaker in the press conference and declares the murders as an act of terrorism against the detective profession. He also offers prayers to the citizens of Morioh because the town had mysteriously detached from the country and become its own island.
Bariya addresses that they know Yoshikage Kira isn't the murderer and they will not go after him at this time. The real killer was framing Kira by using his name. Bariya asks for Kira's assistance in providing any information to solve this case so that Kira can demonstrate that he is cooperative. Bariya assumes that Kira's power must have developed to detach Morioh from Japan and was trying to ease Kira's fears by assuring him that all of the detectives were not going after him, in hopes of getting Morioh to stop moving further away.Denta Shishimaru (
Due to mass hysteria caused by the Moth Man, Morioh's citizens are locked in the school gym and attempt to kill themselves by pouring gasoline on each other. Shishimaru pours gasoline on his secretary Chien Kunimido, who does the same to Shishimaru as well. Koji Hirose saves them by breaking down the front wall of the gymnasium and letting light shine in, causing everyone to return to their senses.
Shishimaru thanks Koji and the others for saving them and calls the fire department. He also wonders how they were all able to fly there but Jorge denies it, thinking that talking to Shishimaru is like having hot air blown in your face. Jorge decides not to tell Shishimaru about Funny Valentine's message because it wasn't the time for quibbles. Shishimaru scowls when seeing his election rival, Takumi Kumoi, is also there. Jorge and the others fly away on Grand Bleu and Shishimaru chases after them, shocked that they can fly after all.
Later, Passione takes Shishimaru hostage and uses him to relay orders from the mafia. Shishimaru had put himself on the line to protect his residents and Jorge mentions his head is swollen in weird places as a result.Shishimaru's head swollen after being caught by Passione
Jorge describes secretaries of the mayor as individuals who put themselves on the line for politicians and would answer all questions for them, but Kunimido was nowhere to be found after the Nero Nero Island invasion.
After a deduction from Jorge, Bruno Bucciarati learns that the real Kunimodo was killed at some point and Yoshikage Kira took his place using Aya Tsuji's ability.
Faraday (ファラデイ, Faradei) is the butler of the Motorize family and often serves George Joestar tea whenever he visits, which George considers delicious.
Before George leaves their home one day, Faraday mentions that a young friend of George had come over looking for him. Faraday leads George to another room and then takes his leave. Faraday later testifies in George's trial about where George was on the day of Kenton's murder.
Two years later in 1907, George asks Faraday about the boy who came looking for him. Faraday reveals he saw a Spaniard boy with no eyes who he thought was terrifying, rather than Tsukumojuku Kato who George saw. When Faraday learned about George suddenly being in Rome after that, he assumed that devil had done something to George but was too afraid to tell anyone.
In 1920, George visits the Motorize home on the day of his wedding, wondering why Steven is late. Faraday doesn't answer the door like he usually does. He was presumably killed by Antonio Torres and turned into a zombie like the rest of the family.Faraday talking to George
William Cardinal (ウィリアム・カーディナル, Wiriamu Kādinaru) was born in 1887 and is two years older than George Joestar and Darlington Motorize. Darlington first mentions him to George as the guy she likes. She says that he knows Steven, he is quite the athlete, is smart, and will be a doctor someday but what he really wants to do is write novels. Darlington then says that William thinks George's opinion on a novel is odd, so he must be an odd invidivual himself.
Cardinal later becomes Darlington's boyfriend. He stops talking about novels and decides to enlist and become a commissioned officer because he believes he's good at motivating people and would be a better commander than a doctor. Darlington tells George that Cardinal is hardly a perfect man. He can be shallow, boring, and tactless, but she thinks he's far better than George.
Around 1912, Cardinal becomes engaged to Darlington as her fiancé and meets George for the first time. George becomes jealous after seeing that Cardinal is rather handsome with an impressive build compared to his own. The two have an awkward handshake after George congratulates them on their engagement and then they say nothing to each other. Darlington invites George to their wedding but George declines thinking he wouldn't feel welcome there because of his history with the Motorize family, and Cardinal confirms by saying George is correct. Cardinal tells George to never visit their home again, as he tends to be a bad influence there.
In 1915, George calls the Royal Naval Air Service to report what happened during his flight, including the death of Jim Graham. Cardinal answers, revealing that he is now the officer in charge of George's unit in the RNAS. He angrily yells at George asking where he is and why he abandoned his injured companion, Jim, then run off on his own. He insults George for playing dumb, who is confused about Jim seemingly being alive. Thinking George is mocking him, Cardinal hands the phone over to Jim, who is actually Antonio Torres in Jim's body.
Cardinal survives the attack on the Naval Air Force Base by Antonio with nothing worse than a broken leg. He tells everyone that he'd ordered George to the fight in London and is treated like even more of a hero than George is. Cardinal gets himself promoted, and by the time the war ends and the Army and Naval Air Forces had been merged into the English Air Force, he becomes the supreme commander. As a result, Cardinal never has to go to any dangerous fronts, and gets to sit in his wheelchair acting like a big shot.
After Ben Motorize recluses himself, Cardinal takes over the Motorize family's affairs. He is constantly at odds with John Moore-Brabazon in politics. He also doesn't get along with Steven.
On November 11th, 1920, George enters the Motorize home when Steven is late to be the best man for his wedding. Cardinal points his gun at the back of George's head. George manages to use a fireplace poker to knock the gun away, cutting Cardinal's hand in the process. However, they realize Cardinal's hand isn't bleeding. Antonio reveals himself, hiding inside Cardinal's body. Antonio begins eating Cardinal's organs, pulling and twisting his skin inward. Antonio ends up taking full control over Cardinal's body, but as Cardinal had been in a wheelchair so long, his legs didn't have the muscles to remain standing. George swings the poker wildly attempting to kill him and cuts off half of Cardinal's skull. Antonio uses Cardinal's voice to say everything is George's fault for cursing the Motorize family and bringing death to their home. Antonio then severely beats up George in Cardinal's body, attacking him with the poker several times.
Once Lisa Lisa arrives assuming George had died, she sorrowfully uses the Ripple to disintegrate Antonio and the corpse of Cardinal he was wearing.Cardinal angrily on the phone with George

Daibakusho Curry (
Jorge describes them as good looking men who look like they had been through a lot. They know Italian and are able to communicate with Bruno Bucciarati. Bucciarati assigns Leone Abbacchio to partner with Daibakusho. As Daibakusho is not that tall, Abbacchio looms over him. Guido Mista partners with Runbaba 12. Mista apparently smelled a bit since Runbaba 12 sniffed once, makes a face, and then keeps his distance.
Daibakusho takes the filthy rubber ball and Runbaba 12 takes the lone shoe for communication purposes, as they were objects that were turned into phones by Vinegar Doppio's Stand. Runbaba 12 tries to convince Daibakusho and Jorge to trade with him since he doesn't want to carry a shoe around, but Bucciarati angrily screams for him to stop.
Jorge later tells Bucciarati to have Daibakusho and Runbaba 12 investigate what happened to Denta Shishimaru's secretary, Chien Kunimido. The two are quickly able to find Chien at his house, learning that he is actually Yoshikage Kira.John Theodore Cuthbert Moore-Brabazon (ジョン・セオドア・カスバート・ムーア=ブラバゾン, Jon Seodoa Kasubāto Mūa Burabazon) is one of George Joestar's best friends. John is a student who first works at an automative garage in London as a private mechanic for Charles Rolls. He is the star of the Royal Automobile Club. George's first impressions of him are that he wears an expensive suit poorly and stumps around the garage scowling at every car like a bold thief.
Four of the seven cars in the garage at the time are owned by John for work-related research and the remaining three are test designs given to him by his boss. None of the mechanics but John are allowed to touch any of those cars. George starts admiring his handiwork and gets lost in thought until John yells at George to quit staring at him. The two get into a fight when John throws a wrench at George's car leading to George attempting to run John over. John runs out of the shop and jumps into a working eighth car he had parked out front and drives away. They end up in a car chase through the industrial district, although it isn't much of a contest since John's car is twice as fast as George's. John drives in circles around George, insulting him and calling him childish names while George begins to cry. John laughs and then challenges George to a race through all of London. They startle horses and pedestrians along the way and start getting pursued by mounted police but manage to escape, heading back to the garage.
George describes John's handiwork to be like magic, as any car he fixed would run and turn better than before. If he drove off in a car and came back, when he stepped out of it the entire vehicle would look polished to a new level of beauty. When he raced, he was less interested in winning than in enjoying himself to the fullest. His results were too inconsistent for gamblers, but as a spectator his performance was full of gasp-inspiring moves and previously unheard of strategic maneuvers. The other drivers considered him one of the best. As George was John's only younger friend, John quite likes him and often gets George into trouble. John says it doesn't matter if George killed Kenton Motorize or not, because soon all men will go to war and become killers.
In later years, George finally starts beating John in RAC races. John goes off to a circuit race in the Ardennes in Belgium. He drives a Minerva 600 kilometers in six hours, fourteen minutes, and five seconds and wins the race. Afterwards, John calls George to let him know that his boss wants to start working on planes next.
In 1909, John is the first Englishman to officially fly a plane on the Isle of Sheppey. A year later, his boss dies in an airplane crash and John decides to never fly again. He starts working as an engineer in the city.
In 1915, George calls John and informs him about the large English squad flying planes in the sky actually being zombies. John cries to see what his dead friends have become. He starts panicking and is about to hang up the phone until George convinces him that he needs to fight too, so that their friends can rest in peace. John manages to gather nine other men and they destroy several zombies by controlling the perimeter and keeping them trapped in London. They meet up with George, Lisa Lisa, and Steven Motorize, flashing their lights in Morse code to prove they aren't more zombies. As John is involved politically, George asks John to help Steven get a pardon by saying he helped save London.
After the war, John tells George to try getting involved in politics as well. During this time, John would constantly be at odds with William Cardinal, an arrogant man who tends to abuse his power.
In 1920, John campaigns to be George's best man for his wedding. It's a tough choice for George, who ends up choosing Steven instead.Charles and John are both all about adventure. Charles decides his company would start making airplane engines, and John is excited to take part as well.
In 1910, Charles dies in an airplane crash and John decides to never fly again.
Ben Motorize (ベン・モーターライズ, Ben Mōtāraizu) is the husband of Harriet Motorize and the father of Steven, Kenton, and Darlington. As soon as George Joestar arrives home from Rome, Ben has George arrested for Kenton's murder despite George being innocent. Ben has many friends in the justice department and strong-arms them into ignoring juvenile laws to charge George as an adult at age 16 with first degree murder.
Darlington admits that the trial is a mess and that everybody knows it's only happening because of her father wanting revenge for Kenton's death. She states that once Ben makes up his mind about something, he sees it through to the end and always gets his way. Three years later, Steven ends up being a suspect. Ben wants to protect Steven as well as the reputation of the Motorize family so he tells Steven to go work in France to get away from everything until it settles down. Ben worries that if Steven is arrested, they would force a guiily verdict to do military experiments on him because of his ability to grow wings.
After the Kenton murder case ends up impossible to prosecute further, Ben Motorize loses his desire for business. He withdraws from it and goes on a retirement trip to a resort town in Miami, leading to Darlington running the estate and business along with William Cardinal taking over the Motorize family's affairs.
In the following years, Ben and Steven research methods of reviving Kenton. They learn of a folk religion named Vodou which uses sorcerers named Bokor. Bokors have the capability of chanting spells that cause the dead to revive as zombies. They learn about the Stone Mask and Windknight's Lot and then find out that Poco and Poco's sister are the only survivors. At first, Ben tries offering money to get Poco and his sister to tell them everything, but showing them a picture of Dio Brando and mentioning his name ends up being more effective. Ben and Steven then investigate the ship that Jonathan Joestar and Erina Pendleton went on for their honeymoon, and later travel to La Palma to learn more about incidents surrounding the Joestar family. They finally end up finding Straizo's group of Ripple warriors. Steven works with them for some time and decides not to revive Kenton after encountering real zombies.
On November 11, 1920, Antonio Torres kills Ben and the rest of the family and turns them into zombies. George finds half-eaten bits of them twitching and pulsing.Jim Graham (ジム・グラハム, Jimu Gurahamu) is a member of the Royal Aero Club and a friend of George Joestar. His plane named Simone (シモーヌ, Shimōnu) is a Blériot XI monoplane with two wheels under the main wing and one under the tail. One day when flying, Jim sees a 50cm tall gremlin clinging to the underside of his plane. The gremlin grins at Jim and messes with Simone's engine. Before Jim crashes, he manages to land back at the base safely, assuming the gremlin had dropped off somewhere. Jim starts carrying a pistol with him whenever he would go flying, but never sees the gremlin again.
Shortly after that, Jim and George join the Royal Naval Air Service. They become the only hydroplane pilots who could take off and land on an aircraft carrier sailing across the ocean, so they get moved from the English Channel to the wide open North Sea. George starts tossing bombs onto battleships but Jim disagrees with him, arguing that they should just do what they're ordered to, otherwise they'd be more likely to be shot down and there's no glory in death. The two end up having a big fight.
During a flight in 1915, Jim's Simone is broken in half by several machine gun bullets from an enemy German Albatros fighter plane. Jim falls toward the ocean but George manages to catch him in his plane. Unfortunately, Jim's navigator, Peter Fraser, falls to his death. Jim throws a bomb toward the Albatros from the back seat of George's plane, and then George shoots the bomb with his pistol, causing a massive explosion. Two more Albatros planes come after them, and Jim throws another bomb preparing to shoot it with his own pistol. However, the two Albatros planes shoot straight into the bomb and blow themselves up instead. Jim and George laugh at how lucky they were.
Their fuel suddenly runs out and they are forced to make an emergency landing. Just then, Jim starts convulsing and groaning. Antonio Torres had dived into Jim's mouth, causing Jim to shove his hands deep into his mouth. He pulls out his tongue, along with flesh, parts of his ribs, and his internal organs. Jim slowly asks George to help him and then dies.
Antonio remains in Jim's body and impersonates him when he is found floating in the wreckage of George's plane by the Royal Flying Corps. Imitating Jim, Antonio lies to the new commander William Cardinal that George abandoned him while he was injured, immediately surrendered to the German fighters, ran away, and is now spying for the enemies. Antonio then speaks to George on the phone while pretending to be Jim, stating he'll happily testify to George being a spy and that he'll kill him the next time he sees him.
Jim later returns as a zombie piloting a Sopwith Camel plane. George notes that he had become a much better pilot after transforming into a zombie. Jim hurtles toward George in his plane and then George decapitates him with the wingtip of the Fokker plane he is riding.Antonio Torres kills Jim
Rupert rides a Farman III plane named Mary (メアリー, Mearī) and David rides a Farman III plane named Emma (エマ, Ema). They die in combat during the war.
Along with about three hundred other members in the club, they are all turned into zombies by Antonio Torres. John cries to see what his friends have become but is convinced by George to destroy them.
He is killed by Antonio Torres and turns into a zombie. Even as a zombie, his thirst for speed is unabated and he shoots past George's plane like a bolt of lightning. George doesn't chase him but Vincent later flies toward George again and crashes directly into George's wing, splitting it down the middle.
Steven Motorize flies onto Vincent's plane and then throws him out of the cockpit. Steven then occupies the empty cockpit and fires its machine guns at Vincent and other enemy planes.
According to Araki at the time, Jotaro can only be defeated by Jotaro himself or by Joe. Araki then changes his mind and says it's impossible to defeat Jotaro's Stand at the moment since he can stop time.
Joe has a Stand named Love Note. Love Note causes those whose names are written in the book to be married, regardless of their true feelings. As a result, victims of the Stand will often resort to killing each other to be free of the ability.
