The Brando Family contains several antagonists and is the secondary family of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. Various members of the family appear in Phantom Blood, Stardust Crusaders, Vento Aureo, Stone Ocean, and Steel Ball Run.

It is a poor family of British roots, originally consisting of Dario Brando and his son Dio. After Dario's death, Dio is adopted by George Joestar I and becomes Jonathan's half-brother, connecting the Brandos to the Joestar Family. Dio eventually steals Jonathan's body and goes on to have four children, all of which are both Brandos and Joestars. He also drops the Brando name, simply being referred to as "DIO."
