List of Unnamed Stands

There are some cases in which the name of a Stand power is either unclear or unknown. This page is to list all such Stands until a name for them has officially been confirmed.

Having been recruited by DIO, Mansaku Nijimura had a Stand, but its appearance and abilities are unknown. As a result of merging with DIO's Flesh Bud after DIO's death, he is seemingly unable to use the Stand anymore.[1]

Vento Aureo

Sorbet & Gelato's StandsLink to this section
As late members of La Squadra Esecuzioni, both Sorbet and Gelato were likely Stand users, however their abilities were never revealed in the story.[2] According to JOJO A-GO!GO!, this is inferred through Pericolo's remarks in Chapter 469 and the diagram in Chapter 470.[3]

One of the workers mentioned by Polnareff to Team Bucciarati gained a Stand after hurting himself on the Meteorite stone in a volcano. During his coma, he made a spark with his right hand, burning a doctor's fingers.

Emporio's mother had her ability stolen by Pucci before being killed; it's implied that her ability was similar to Emporio's own Burning Down the House.[4]

A Stand belonging to the Johnny Joestar of a parallel world. While its ability remains unseen in the story, its appearance is identical to that of the Tusk ACT2 of the base world.

A Stand belonging to the Hot Pants of a parallel world. Its appearance and abilities are identical to the Cream Starter of the base world. The alternate Cream Starter was used by the parallel world's Hot Pants against its base iteration and they nearly killed each other. It was returned to its world along with Hot Pants and Diego when the base world's Diego knocked them between a door and a wall.

A Stand belonging to Joseph Joestar. While having a vine-like body, it at least has a fully-formed head. The vines appear from his birthmark and wrap around his arms. It appears to have the ability to project vine-like tendrils, not unlike Hermit Purple albeit without the use of the Ripple.

This Stand is only featured in the game Famicom Jump II: Saikyo no Shichinin, where it's used by an unnamed Stand user. The Stand allows its user to turn the player into stone with a special punch against anyone his user defeats or is about to defeat in combat. This transformation makes the victims unable to move, however, Stand users affected by it can sense and even talk. This effect can be reverted if the user is defeated. The Stand has neither a name nor a physical shape, but the image of a rock is shown when the Stand user uses it.

The Stand of Kaoru from the The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp. Its name is unknown, but has the ability to embed items under Kaoru's skin. He feels various angular things inside him and inexplicable bumps on his skin. For example, a pencil gets absorbed into his skin and eventually assimilates with his bones. While Kaoru feels discomfort at first, the pain eventually subsides. In one instance, Kaoru cuts open his skin and a foreign gold coin falls out. When used, an aura in the shape of a horned demon appears around Kaoru in Araki's artwork, though Kaoru himself is not aware of any physical form of his Stand.

The Stand of a Genius Artisan from the Gucci brand, who bound it to each of three Gucci bags he designed. Anyone can use the bags, even if they are not Stand users themselves. It has the ability to vanish valuable things that the owner keeps in the bag. When the owner of the bag is in trouble, the vanished objects will be returned to them via some kind of Equivalent Exchange, such as a trade for something they own.

Rohan's Grandmother gave one of these bags to Rohan Kishibe. Rohan, not knowing the ability was due to a Stand, made the Gucci factory fix the bag. After being robbed by his interpreter, Rohan realizes the bag's true nature too late, and laments that he did not take full advantage of its final use.

The series is known for alternating colors between media, the information presented below may or may not be canon.

The Selva Cartel Army members have a variety of different Stands with diverse appearances and abilities.
  • One can cause poisoning by spitting a venom-like substance,[5] making its victims fall foaming at the mouth.[6]
  • One attacks with fire, causing burns all over a soldier's body.[6]
  • One possesses soldiers to fire their guns at their allies while shouting "Hyahaha-hai!" at the same time.[6]
  • One punches a hole in a soldier's stomach.[6]
  • One makes a soldier lose all their teeth.[7]
  • One can burst eardrums with piercing tinnitus.[7]
  • One can cause crushing injuries, causing heads to look deformed.[7]
  • One can cause frostbite.[7]
  • One is jelly-like and cloaked in darkness.[5]
  • A savage with a dozen compound eyes that look like frog eggs.[5]
  • An odd person covered in scrap metal (only in JOJO magazine 2023 WINTER, removed in the novelized version).[5]

Novel Debut: El Aleph Chapter 14: XIV - Final Arc (Mentioned)
According to the Speedwagon Foundation's knowledge, there are 33 Stand users with abilities that are unknown to the Foundation, which they awakened after being shot by Fernando Alhorn. He has shot from high places at pedestrians similar to the Texas Tower shooting incident, targeted entire families of people he met, and shot a Catholic priest during a sermon.
