Abe Hisashi (阿部 恒, Hisashi Abe) is a Japanese animator credited for his work on the second season of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure TV Anime by David Production. He was an Animation director for Episode 42 of Stardust Crusaders.

Abe is primarily an Animation director and Character Designer for a lot of notable anime, such as Wolverine (TV), Psycho-pass, Devil May Cry, Devil Hunter Yohko OVA, Berserk 2016-17, Gunslinger Girl and Dead Mount Death Play.
