Wataru Takagi (高木 渉, Takagi Wataru) is a Japanese voice actor. He is the voice actor for the character Okuyasu Nijimura in the anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically its third season, Diamond is Unbreakable.
Before his role as Okuyasu, Takagi voiced several minor characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future, including Arabia Fats, Cameo, Boingo, and Kenny G..
He is also known for several other roles such as Wataru Takagi and Genta Kojima in Detective Conan, Caiman in Dorohedoro, Eikichi Onizuka in Great Teacher Onizuka, Obito Uchiha in Naruto, Masaru Aoki in Hajime no Ippo, and Knuckle Bine in Hunter × Hunter.
