Nisio Isin (西尾 維新, Nishio Ishin) stylized as NISIOISIN to emphasize the palindrome, is a Japanese novelist, manga author, and screenplay writer.
Isin was involved with Hirohiko Araki's works on several occasions, notably the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise. He is credited for writing light-novels and spin-offs such as JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE OVER HEAVEN or Cool Shock Old B.T.
