Toru Okawa (大川 透, Ōkawa Tōru) is a Japanese narrator and voice actor who is most notably known for voicing the Narrator in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

He is also credited as the voice actor for Joseph Joestar, Weather Report and Wes Bluemarine in video games.
