Mamiko Noto (能登 麻美子, Noto Mamiko) is a Japanese voice actress. She is the voice actress for the character Yukako Yamagishi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.

She is also well known for her roles as Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad, Rin in Inuyasha, Mavis Vermillion in Fairy Tail, Haruka Nogizaka in Haruka Nogizaka's Secret, Aisa Himegami in A Certain Magical Index, Sawako Kuronuma in Kimi ni Todoke, Inkarmat in Golden Kamuy, Elsa Granhiert in Re:Zero, Fuuka Yamagishi in Persona 3, Satellizer L.
