Phillip Reich is an American voice actor. He is credited for his work as the voice actor for the character Giorno Giovanna in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind's American dub. Prior to that, he also voiced Yuya Fungami in Diamond is Unbreakable's dub.
He is also well known for his roles as Mark Twain in Bungo Stray Dogs, Sugimura in Persona 5 and Will and Marshal in Pokemon Masters.

Trivia
- When asked what character he believes would be fun to voice in the English dub of Stone Ocean's anime adaptation, Reich responded that he would love to voice Weather Report, basing his answer on how much he enjoyed playing as him in Eyes of Heaven.[1]
- When asked if he were to hypothetically have a Stand, what would its name and ability be, Reich has stated that he would name it either "Power of Love" and that the Stand would take the appearance of a Volkswagen Beetle. Its ability would simply be to drive and smash into enemies.[2]
