Kenta Miyake (三宅 健太, Miyake Kenta) is a Japanese voice actor. He is credited for his work as the voice actor for the character Muhammad Avdol in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
He is also well known for his roles as All Might in My Hero Academia, Scar in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Sakaki (Giovanni) in Pokémon, Gladiolus Amicitia in Final Fantasy XV, Skin Boric in D. Gray-man, Nosferatu Zodd in Berserk, and Chu Hachikawa in Tokyo Ghoul.
Biography
Kenta Miyake was born in 1977 in Okinawa prefecture. When he was a teenager, Miyake was a fan of an actress and wanted to co-star with her so he chose the career of a voice actor.[3] He graduated from Amusement Media General Academy in the Department of Voice Actors, and entered 81 Produce.[4]
Miyake is married and had a son in 2011.[5]
In 2019 at the 13th Seiyu Awards, Miyake won the award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.[6]

- Miyake's favorite aspect of Avdol is his modest, yet passionate personality. The character can be notably cold at times, but also sympathetic. Miyake struggled the most with balancing these aspects.[7]
