Katsuyuki Konishi (小西 克幸, Konishi Katsuyuki) is a Japanese voice actor notable for voicing Diavolo in the TV anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically its fourth season, Golden Wind.

Katsuyuki has also previously voiced Jonathan Joestar in the lost 2007 Phantom Blood movie. Other popular characters that he has voiced include Kamina from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Keigo Asano from Bleach, Laxus Dreyar from Fairy Tail, and Tengen Uzui from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
