Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和, Sugita Tomokazu) is a Japanese voice actor who is most notably known for voicing the character Joseph Joestar (Part 2) in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He is a friend of Yuichi Nakamura, who has voiced Narciso Anasui in the video games All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven, as well as Bruno Bucciarati in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind anime.
