Steve Kramer is an American voice actor, voice director, and script writer. He is notable for voicing the English dub of Dario Brando in the TV anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Yoshihiro Kira in Diamond is Unbreakable.
He is also known for his other roles such as Shunsui Kyoraku and Barragan Luisenbarn in Bleach, Hiruzen Sarutobi in Naruto, Bang Shishigami in BlazBlue, Dr. Gensai in Rurouni Kenshin, and Shenron in Dragon Ball.
