Misato Fukuen (福圓 美里, Fukuen Misato) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer. She is credited for her work as the voice actress for the character Iggy in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.

She is also well known for his roles as Himiko Toga in My Hero Academia, Chibiusa in Sailor Moon Crystal, Anzu Kadotani in Girls und Panzer, Kagari in Pokemon Generations, Miyuki Hoshizora in Smile PreCure!, Yin in Darker than Black and Sakura in the Street Fighter franchise.

Biography

Misato Fukuen was born in Tokyo in 1982. In 1998, she made her debut as a voice actor in the game Etude prologue ~ The Shape of a Shaking Heart ~ under the alias Misato Sakuragi. Misato Fukuen was credited under her real name for the first time in the 2000 TV anime BOYS BE .... Fukuen also graduated from the 8th term of the Voice Actor School.

In 2004, Mai Kadowaki (currently Mai Kadowaki) and Fukuen formed the voice actor unit "TAMAGO". Also in 2004, Akiko Matsuzaki, Aya Hiramatsu and Misato Fukuen formed the theater unit "Otome Kikaku Kuroji ☆" (currently "Kuroji"). In 2008, Misato Fukuen suffered from voice loss and was forced to cancel her role as Mami Izumi for the TV anime "Ga-Rei-Zero". However, she recovered and resumed her activities.
