Atsushi Imaruoka (伊丸岡 篤, Imaruoka Atsushi) is a Japanese voice actor. He is credited for his work as the voice actor for the character Rudol von Stroheim in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation.
He is also well known for his roles as Tank-top Blackhole in One Punch Man, Adon in Street Fighter IV and Charlotte Mont-d'Or in One Piece.
