Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和, Sugita Tomokazu) is a Japanese voice actor notable for voicing the character Joseph Joestar (Part 2) in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He is a friend of another voice actor, Yuichi Nakamura.
