Daiki Yamashita (山下 大輝, Yamashita Daiki) is a Japanese voice actor. He is credited for his work as the voice actor for the character Narancia Ghirga in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind.

He is also well known for his roles as Izuku Midoriya in My Hero Academia, Sakamichi Onoda in Yowamushi Pedal, Yushiro Yamamoto in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Mitsuru Sotsuda in Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma, and Goh in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

Biography

Daiki Yamashita was born in 1989 in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. At first, Yamashita was interested in singing so he studied at the Muse academy of music for 2 years in Tokyo.[4][5] During his studies, he became more interested in acting and joined the Japan Narration Actor Institute.[4] His first genuine role in voice acting was in the anime Little Busters! in 2012-2013. His first starring role was in the anime adaptation of Gaist Crusher in 2013-2014.

At the 8th Seiyu Awards in 2014, Yamashita won the award for Best Male Newcomer.[6]
