Joe Ochman is an American voice actor, actor, acting coach and stage director. He is credited for his work as Will Anthonio Zeppeli in the American dub of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation, using the alias B.J. Oakie.

He is also known for his roles as Zeno Zoldyck in Hunter x Hunter, Harold MacDougal in Red Dead Redemption, Paul Hanbridge in Little Witch Academia, Jonson in Dorohedoro, and Jiminy Cricket in Kingdom Hearts III.
