Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川 光, Midorikawa Hikaru) is a Japanese voice actor known for voicing Dio Brando in both the Phantom Blood PS2 Game and reprising his role as Dio Brando once again in 2007 for the Phantom Blood Movie. In other media, he has voiced many characters such Android 16 in Dragon Ball and numerous Characters in the Gundam Series. As for his most recent work he has voiced Garou in One Punch Man Season 2 & Zora Ideale in Black Clover.
