Paul St. Peter, also known as George C. Cole, is an American voice actor. He is credited for his work as the voice actor for Jack the Ripper, Dire, and Wamuu in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Animation's English dub.

He is also well known for his roles as the narrator for Soulcalibur V, Leomon and Wormmon in Digimon, Yammy in Bleach, Kurama in Naruto, Razor in Hunter × Hunter, and Xemnas in the Kingdom Hearts series.[3]

Paul St. Peter was born on April 26, 1958 in North Dakota. He debuted as a voice actor in 1985 as the voice of Zor Prime in Robotech.[4] His all-time favorite voice acting role is when he was Wormmon in Digimon, and his favorite to voice on a regular basis is Xemnas.[5] However, out of all his characters, Peter identifies with Leomon from Digimon the most. When voice acting as Xemnas, he was inspired by how he acted during Leomon's calm scenes. As a seasoned voice actor, Peter additionally gives tips and teaches about speech.[6]

Aside from being a voice actor, he also acts on stage, with his favorite role being Count Paris in Romeo and Juliet. One role he would like to act as on stage is King Lear.[6]
