Hikaru Midorikawa

Hikaru Midorikawa (緑川光, Midorikawa Hikaru) is a Japanese voice actor notable for voicing Dio Brando in both the Phantom Blood PS2 Game and the Phantom Blood movie.

In other media, he has voiced many characters such as Android 16 in Dragon Ball Z, Tenshinhan in Dragon Ball Super, numerous characters in the Gundam series, Akihiko Sanada in Persona 3, Marth in the Fire Emblem series, Garo in One Punch Man, and Zora Ideale in Black Clover.
