A mask used in sacrificial Aztec ceremonies.[1] When touched by blood, it shoots out a mass of bone spicules that stimulate the victim's brain, causing a vampiric transformation.
The Aztec Chief returns from All-Star Battle in All-Star Battle R to appear as a Support Effect (サポート効果, Sapōto Kōka) titled The Mysterious Stone Mask (神秘の石仮面, Shinpi no Ishi Kamen), costing 900G, and increasing the attack and defense of the player who applies it.
The panel used for the Support Effect's image is from the Aztec Tribe's sacrifice of a young woman for the Stone Mask.[1]

A character from Part 1: Phantom Blood, a British aristocrat who is Jonathan's father. Honorable, kind, and gentle in nature, he takes in Dio, son of swindler Dario Brando, and gives him a home. In the end, however, he dies protecting his son from a dagger-wielding Dio.[4]

An antagonist from Part 1, Phantom Blood. A Chinese man with a shop in a London slum who sells poison to Dio. He is caught scavenging after the Joestar Mansion fire by Dio, who turns him into a Zombie. When he later attacks Jonathan on a ship, the Ripple energy in him causes a massive explosion.[5]
A character from Part 1: Phantom Blood. One of the Ripple users who shows up to support Zeppeli. He uses a Thunder Split Attack to test Jonathan, and later the Cross version on Dio, but is beaten both times. Though Dio's Vaporizing Freeze technique kills him, he manages to give Jonathan a hint as to how to beat Dio.[6]

Allies from Part 2: Battle Tendency, they are two servants at Lisa Lisa's residence, as well as assistant Ripple instructors. Loggins is killed by Esidisi while waiting for Joseph at the final training ground.[7] Though Messina survives Wamuu with his left arm severed,[8] he is unable to participate in the final showdown.
Messina & Loggins appear in All-Star Battle R as the guide characters for the Practice Mode (プラクティスモード, Purakutisu Mōdo).

The scene of the chariot duel between Joseph and Wamuu in Part 2: Battle Tendency.[10] It's located at the Skeleton's Heel, a henge at the foot of Piz Bernina. In antiquity, it was a place for observing the heavens. Later, it was used as a battle arena.
The Vampire Horses from Battle Tendency appear in All-Star Battle R as both a Stage Gimmick (ステージギミック, Sutēji Gimikku) and Situation Finish (シチュエーションフィニッシュ, Shichuēshon Finisshu) for the stage The Battlefield (闘技場, Tōgijō).
As a Stage Gimmick, they circle around the Battlefield an unlimited number of times, charging through players.
As a Situation Finish, they gallop up to the downed opponent, brutally trampling them.
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, he is User of the StandEbony Devil, and a henchman of DIO's, known usually as Devo the Cursed. He attacks Polnareff, but dies when the Frenchman's quick wit turns the battle around using a mirror, and almost all of Devo's body is cut to shreds.[11]

A major antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, she is mother of J. Geil. Her Stand is Justice. She taught DIO how to use his Stand, but becomes crazed upon losing her son. She goes after the Joestar party, but DIO kills her.[12] She remains loyal to her master always.
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, his Stand is Judgement. One of DIO's hired killers. He uses puppets of Sherry and Avdol to attack Polnareff, but is defeated when the real Avdol shows up and both he and Polnareff send him to hell.[13]
A Stand that appears in Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. Once belonging to a swordsmith from Ancient Egypt, this Stand manifested itself in a sword when he died, having its own sentience It learns the movements and techniques of those it fights, thus becoming stronger with each battle.
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, his Stand is Sethan. He likes to taunt the weak, saying "attaboy". He turns Polnareff into a child, but even then barely manages to beat him. He then does the same to Jotaro, but is beaten to a pulp and retired.[16]
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, he is User of the StandOsiris and the elder D'arby brother and a pro gambler. He can steal the souls of those who lose his wagers and turn them into poker chips. He beats Polnareff and Joseph, but a poker defeat at the hands of Jotaro sees him retired.[17]
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, he is User of the StandAtum, and the Daniel's younger brother. A natural-born gamer, he steals the souls of other gamers he beats and plants them in puppets to further his collection. He beats Kakyoin, but is retired by Joseph and Jotaro after recieving an "ora ora".[18]
An antagonist from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, he is a Vampire and one of DIO's henchmen who lacks any Stand abilities. He tries to ensnare the Joestars with his ability to masquerade as a woman, but fails. Captured, he is forced to help open DIO's casket, only to be sliced and killed by DIO himself.
A character from Part 3: Stardust Crusaders, he is a United States senator in Cairo that runs into DIO, who forces him to drive his car into hapless innocents in pursuit of Joseph and company. The chase ends when he is killed and his corpse thrown at Joseph and company.[19]
A character from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, he is the Stand User of Surface. A humble yet sly personality, he resonates with Akira Otoishi and attacks Josuke, but is beaten. Afterwards, he forms a one-sided friendship with Koichi.
An ally in Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, he is the User of the StandPearl Jam, and proprietor of the Italian restaurant, Trattoria Trussardi. He lives to cook, and to cook well. Although kind, he has a hygiene obsession which drives him into a rage if anyone sullies his kitchen.
An ally from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, she is a ghost that lives on an unmapped street in Morioh. At 16 years old, she was Yoshikage Kira's first victim, but lingers away from the afterlife in order to warn others about the danger of Kira. After the killer is defeated, she and her beloved dog find peace.[3]
A character from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, he is the son of Kosaku Kawajiri and an elementary-school boy. Upon discovering that his father was in fact being impersonated by Yoshikage Kira, he battles against the villain despite suffering at the hands of Bites the Dust.[3]
An ally in Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, he is the User of the StandPearl Jam, and proprietor of the Italian restaurant, Trattoria Trussardi. He lives to cook, and to cook well. Although kind, he has a hygiene obsession which drives him into a rage if anyone sullies his kitchen.
A character from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, he is Stand User of Highway Star. He attacks Rohan in order to help cure his injuries faster, but is later healed by Josuke Higashikata; that is, before being pummeled by the same guy, suffering even more severe injuries in the end.[21] In the later battle against Enigma, he and Josuke fight together, and Yuya is able to bring about victory after being inspired by the prospect of Josuke's friendship.[22]
An antagonist from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, and User of the StandEnigma, he is obsessed with observing fear in people. He captures [[Josuk
e]]'s mother and Koichi as hostages, and uses them to trap Josuke within his paper, but is defeated by Yuya Fungami. He is then turned into a book by Josuke and donated to the library of Morioh.[22]
