All-Star Battle Mode (オールスターバトルモード, Ōru Sutā Batoru Mōdo) is a game mode in All-Star Battle R, replacing the Story Mode from All-Star Battle and acting as a primary source of game progression.

The mode features various battles against computer opponents in the form of 'panels,' each with their own respective conditions, missions, interaction dialogue, and rewards. These rewards include in-game coins for the shop, special costumes and tint colors for characters, tag lines for online Player Cards, character and Stand models, music tracks, character artwork, and JoJo Glossary entries in the game's Gallery Mode. Rewards can also be earned for passing milestones of overall completed panels, Secret Missions and Parts.

The mode features 3 types of panels:

Type Description

Normal
Canon battles from the original storyline of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Extra
Non-canon battles, listed in order of difficulty.
Boss
Canon battles (excluding JoJolion) that require special conditions to be unlocked. Each page has one Boss Battle.

In the v1.4.0 update released on December 1, 2022, a new page was added to the All-Star Battle Mode, containing several battles pertaining to the free DLC characters Weather Report and Enrico Pucci (Final). As a result of these additional battles, the previous final reward of ASBR Costume.png Jotaro Kujo Special Costume B no longer requires all of the mode's panels to be beaten before it can be obtained.
