Yukako Yamagishi (山岸 由花子, Yamagishi Yukako) was confirmed as a playable character alongside Part 4 Jotaro Kujo and Foo Fighters during the game's Part 4, 6, & 8 Reveal Trailer.[1]
Her moveset is similar to that of her Eyes of Heaven appearance, with modifications and new aspects added to better fit her in with All-Star Battle R's different style of gameplay.
Mamiko Noto reprises her role from the Diamond is Unbreakable anime, replacing Chinatsu Akasaki. As with most of the game's roster, voice lines for Yukako were added and re-recorded.
Yukako has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Battle Style. Unlike most other characters with the Stand Battle Style, Yukako's Stand Love Deluxe is active at all times, being bound to her hair. Instead of summoning or withdrawing her Stand, Yukako's Style action instead enhances her strength, causing various attacks to have more hits and increase her damage output and combo utility. It also causes all of her moves to inflict significant chip damage, or damage dealt through an opponent's guard.
Yukako activates her Stand, Love Deluxe, causing her hair to flair up as a sinister purple aura surrounds her. All of Yukako's normal attacks and her Throw inflict extra hits, improving damage and combo utility, as well as dealing increased chip damage (damage dealt to an opponent through their guard). Activating Love Deluxe carries an initial cost of 1/4th a bar of Heart Heat, and while active, the Heart Heat Gauge depletes at a very gradual rate and Yukako cannot generate Heart Heat normally. This ability will cancel when the HHG empties or with another press of the Style button. Upon deactivation, Yukako will briefly fall to her knees in exhaustion, leaving her vulnerable.
If Yukako's HHA is executed while Love Deluxe is active, the ability is immediately canceled and the Heart Heat Gauge will be completely emptied.
This Style ability is uniquely similar to Mode Style users, namely the Pillar Men.

Yukako swings her hair in a large, upwards whipping attack, covering a wide area in front of her and launching the opponent into the air. A command normal that can chain into Yukako's skills. (Comboable)

Passive (requires 1 stock of HH)
A special ability that automatically activates if Yukako is KO'd during a round where she could be Retired while she has at least one stock of Heart Heat. Her hair frizzles and turns white as she suddenly regains consciousness and stands back up in anger, being granted a small amount of Rumble Mode health to continue fighting with. Once risen, Love Deluxe is permanently active. However, her Heart Heat Gauge is disabled entirely.
Rumble Mode (ゴゴゴモード)
Activates below 30% health
This mode is automatically activated once Yukako falls below 30% health. It increases her attack power, as well as the rate at which the Heart Heat Gauge rises, while also decreasing the rate at which the Guard Gauge drops.

If it connects, the opponent will have her hair "implanted" on them for a set period of time, visually represented as strands of black hair scattering around their head. The length Yukako will extend her hair increases in order, while her recovery speed afterwards is inversely affected. (Flash Cancel comboable)

Yukako attacks the opponent remotely with her implanted hair, regardless of range and orientation. The effect of this skill is determined by the attack button inputted, with increasing power affecting the speed Yukako executes the attack:
Light (): The opponent suffers a single hit that forcibly yanks them a distance towards Yukako, allowing her to attack first. (Comboable)
Medium (): The opponent suffers two hits that knocks them down.
Heavy (): The opponent suffers three hits that launch them into the air. (Comboable)
This skill can also be used to attack a downed opponent, merely inflicting additional damage; The attack button inputted affects the number of hits dealt to the downed opponent.
Yukako leaps a distance forwards in a melee tackle before extending her hair outward. If the hair attack connects, she'll grab the opponent and lift them up with her hair before crushing and slamming them into the ground hard enough for them to bounce. If the tackle is blocked, she'll bounce back a good distance, mitigating vulnerability. The damage, number of hits, and how far Yukako leaps forward during the melee tackle increases in order, although the skill's start-up length is inversely affected. (Flash Cancel comboable)

Yukako sends her hair into the ground, where it then bursts out of the ground a set distance in front of her to launch the opponent into the air. This attack deals considerable Guard damage. The attack button inputted determines the distance away from Yukako that the hair spike will erupt. (Flash Cancel comboable)

Yukako extends her hair upwards to pull herself by the ceiling (regardless of whether or not the stage has a physical ceiling). This allows Yukako to cover large amounts of ground, evade easier, or alter the timing and possible ranges of her jump. This skill can be performed after jumping to further increase Yukako's ascent, or be chained into from normal attacks on the ground to safely end attack strings. The attack button inputted determines the direction Yukako will pull herself in:
Light (): Yukako pulls herself at a backwards angle. When using this version, she cannot act until she lands.
Medium (): Yukako pulls herself directly upwards.
Heavy (): Yukako pulls herself at a forwards angle. She can cancel her aerial momentum by performing an attack.

A counter. Yukako puts her arms up to her hair. If struck by a non-HHA/GHA melee strike, she retaliates by attacking the opponent with hair remotely placed on them, wrapping around and strangling them to leave them crumpling to the ground. (Comboable)

Yukako repeatedly whips the opponent with her hair, knocking them away on the last hit. The damage of this Throw is dramatically increased while Love Deluxe is active, making it the strongest Throw in the game.
Growing irritated, Yukako grabs a large wooden dresser from behind with her hair and begins attacking with it in three wide, heavy swings, covering a sizeable range in front of her. The third and final attack is a large downwards slam that destroys the dresser and knocks the opponent to the ground, and can also be used to strike a downed opponent. If only the final attack lands, the opponent is instead knocked a large distance back. This HHA does not require an initial hit to connect in order to work, and will not stop until it finishes or Yukako is interrupted. It also inflicts immense Guard damage, making it useful when trying to Guardbreak the opponent.

Yukako becomes enraged with her eye twitching uncontrollably. She shouts that she'll have to use force, sending her hair into the ground. It then bursts out from under the opponent in a geyser-like attack, homing in on their location regardless of range or orientation. If the attack connects, the opponent is launched upwards as Yukako extends her hair to catch and wrap around them. She then repeatedly flings them overhead to brutally slam them into the ground three times. Yukako finishes her assault by rapidly constricting the wrapped opponent with her hair until it crushes them, before explosively releasing them as she calms down.

Yukako's first ten Taunt and Victory Lines are included in her Taunt and Victory Poses respectively, with two lines per pose; the first two poses of each type are unlocked by default, while the other three of each must be purchased for 450 G each. The remaining lines of both types can be purchased as a single set for 300 G. Yukako's Tag Lines can be purchased as a set for 140 G.

When hit by Enrico Pucci's "It's an illusion." skill, Yukako holds her arms to her chest, as she does when Koichi kisses her under the influence of Cinderella.[4]
When summoned as an Assist by Koichi Hirose, Yukako calls out her ally's name.

Yukako's theme is Yukako Yamagishi Falls In Love (山岸由花子は恋をする, Yamagishi Yukako wa Koi o Suru), and can be unlocked in-game by buying it from the Gallery Shop for 1000 G.
A character from Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable. She is the user of the StandLove Deluxe. Though she is beautiful and intelligent, and her grades are superb, she can also be self-centered and rash. Koichi was the victim of her affections, but the two later become a true couple.

The Stand of Yukako Yamagishi. It gives her the ability to freely manipulate her own hair. The hair can extend far enough to cover a house, and has enough power to break through glass and floors. When damaged, her hair turns white.
