Enrico Pucci (Final) (エンリコ・プッチ（最終）, Enriko Putchi (Saishū)) was announced alongside Weather Report and the Kennedy Space Center stage on November 25, 2022,[1] and was released on December 1, 2022 as part of the v1.4.0 update.[2]
As this version of Pucci is the one that was originally in All-Star Battle, his moveset is fundamentally the same with a few changes being made to both balance the character and fit him into the overall gameplay tweaks that All-Star Battle R brought. Despite the base roster version of Enrico Pucci making extensive use of Whitesnake, the Stand remains part of Pucci (Final)'s moveset as well.
In the English version of All-Star Battle R, Pucci's name is localized as "Father Pucchi"; the names of his Stands, Whitesnake, C-MOON, and Made in Heaven, are localized as "Pale Snake", "See Moon", and "Maiden Heaven" respectively. With the exception of "Sea Moon", which was first used in the Stone Ocean anime, these localized names are the same names used in the original All-Star Battle.
Tomokazu Seki reprises his role from the Stone Ocean anime, replacing Sho Hayami as Pucci and Takuya Kirimoto as Whitesnake and C-MOON. As with the majority of the game's roster, voice lines for Pucci (Final) have either been added or re-recorded.
Pucci (Final) has 900 health and uses the Stand (スタンド, Sutando) Style, which allows him to freely summon and withdraw either Whitesnake, C-MOON, or Made in Heaven, dynamically changing his moveset in the process.
The intended playstyle of Pucci (Final) is to stall using Whitesnake's various moves (such as his special-stealing HHA, his DISC projectile, and his barrage which crumples the opponent) to buy time in order to speak the 14 phrases to the Green Baby. Once completing the phrases, he gains access to C-MOON, who possesses some of the highest damage in the game with his powerful specials and unique bleed mechanic which slowly drains the opponent's health once they are hit by a special (this status is removed after some time or if they are hit by another special, referencing C-MOON's ability which turns anything inside-out). C-MOON can also use its GHA to evolve into its final form, Made in Heaven; which possesses incredible speed and the ability to teleport near the opponent. Slowly evolving through these forms throughout the course of the match is the intended gameplay plan for Pucci (Final).
Whitesnake possesses below-average damage, but also has the extremely powerful ability of outright disabling the opponent's specials making them much easier to fight against. Pucci (Final) aims to always keep the opponent's DISC away from them. If Pucci (Final) is hit after stealing an opponent's specials, he will drop their DISC, which can be picked up by the opponent to give their specials back. Pucci (Final) can also pick the DISC back up to keep it off the ground and out of the hands of the opponent. This lockdown strategy makes Pucci (Final) a formidable character to fight against, as many characters are reliant on their special abilities to perform basic functions.

Pucci can summon or dismiss Whitesnake, altering his available abilities.
Pucci reaches out and pokes with a golden cross jammed underneath his fingernail. This move has fairly good range but is mainly used to lift the opponent up during combos.
Pucci pulls out the Green Baby and speaks to it. Costs 0.1 HH Gauge per use, but the button can be held down to continue the words without additional cost, although extremely slow. Rapidly using the input to pull the baby in and out gets words faster at the cost of HH Gauge. Once all 14 phrases are chanted, Pucci's Stand will evolve into C-MOON.
Only available with Whitesnake as his Stand. The Green Baby Gauge is represented by the 14 diamonds located above the Heart Heat Gauge. The gauge can be filled one diamond at a time by successfully using the "14 Words" skill, turning the diamond from light gray to purple. Pucci can hold down the skill to fill the gauge automatically, but at a very slow pace. Filled diamonds in the gauge will carry over between rounds. If the gauge is completely filled and all 14 Phrases are completed, Pucci's Stand will evolve from Whitesnake to C-MOON. The evolution is irreversible normally, but can be turned back into Whitesnake if hit by Kosaku's GHA, causing time to turn back and leaving Pucci with 0 Phrases.
Can only be activated with Whitesnake as his Stand, but any DISCs held on by Pucci during transformation into C-MOON or Made in Heaven will keep the DISCs on him. This mechanic allows Pucci to steal a DISC from the opponent by successfully landing his HHA or "It's mine!" skill. When the opponent no longer has their DISC, they cannot perform any command normals, skills, or Style actions (except for Stand On/Off and Mounting). If the opponent performs the input for something that's been sealed away, the move will not occur and they will get temporarily staggered for a moment.
A stolen DISC can stay with Pucci indefinitely until the round ends. But, the DISC can be retrieved by the opponent by making him drop it. Pucci will drop the DISC when hit, thrown, blocks an attack, or struck by a Reversal Assist. When the DISC is on the ground, it can be retrieved by either player by crouching down on it for a moment. If Pucci retrieves it, it will go back on him and can be dropped by hitting him again. If the opponent retrives it, their DISC goes back to them and their status effect disappears. If Pucci lands a DISC-stealing move while a DISC is still on the ground, the DISC will disappear from the ground and return back to him.
Rumble Mode (ゴゴゴモード)

This mode is automatically activated once Pucci falls below 30% health. It increases his attack power, as well as the rate at which the Heart Heat Gauge rises, while also decreasing the rate at which the Guard Gauge drops.

A decent projectile that can zone out characters who lack them or have their specials stolen, but gets easily overwhelmed by multi-hit projectiles such as Kakyoin's "Emerald Splash" or Risotto's "You can find iron anywhere in this world.".
Pucci summons Whitesnake and delivers a downwards chop, referencing the scene where he attempts to attack Anasui during the Heavy Weather story arc. The Light () version only performs the chop, while the Medium () and Heavy () versions add an additional attack if the first connects which references the punch on Anasui that Whitesnake performed just prior. The first hit causes a groundbounce. The version is used to start combos and the version is used to hit downed opponents.
Pucci and Whitesnake dash forward, swiping out the opponent's DISC before kicking them away. Can only be done with Whitesnake. This move steals the opponent's specials on hit, and can only be retrieved back by collecting the DISC back after making Pucci drop it by hitting him. Pucci can also pick the DISC back up himself. Pucci has invincibility during this move, and has a very large hitbox, which makes the move a fairly good anti-air. Stealing the opponent's DISC also automatically recovers Pucci's own DISC if it has been stolen from him. Hitting the opponent with this HHA is crucial to Pucci's game plan in order to disable the opponent's options.

Whenever one of C-MOON's unblockable skills hits the opponent.
A status effect placed on the opponent whenever one of C-MOON's unblockable skills hits the opponent. The opponent becomes Inverted, a reference to C-MOON's gravity altering ability turning them inside-out. This effect makes the opponent lose health over time. The effect normally lasts 6 seconds (dealing roughly 97.5 damage if left uninterrupted). The effect will be cancelled out if the opponent is hit by another unblockable skill. While active, blood continuously sprays out of the opponent.

Pucci is vulnerable in this state, and will stop the GHA if he is hit while in the frame. If he succeeds uninterrupted and reaches to the top, his body will start erupting into a series of lights as Made in Heaven is born. This GHA gives Pucci Made in Heaven, altering his moveset and the stage. If this GHA is activated and finished on the Cape Canaveral stage, an additional scene is added of Pucci getting on the space shuttle, acquiring Made in Heaven there instead. If the GHA is activated close enough to the opponent, it will hit them, causing them to suffer a hard knockdown.

Pucci can only enter this mode once per match, with Pucci reverting back the C-MOON in the original stage with a depleted Heart Heat Gauge once the round ends. Pucci cannot use his GHA again after this. If Pucci is hit by Kosaku's GHA during Made in Heaven, he will be reverted all the way back to Whitesnake form with no phrases in the Green Baby Gauge, only being able to evolve into C-MOON again.

This DISC is the same special-stealing DISC as the one stolen with his HHA, and can be dropped and retrieved the same as well. Cannot be used to retrieve DISCs stolen by Pucci's HHA and GHA. The reach of the grab goes further the stronger the button, but drastically decreasing its speed as a result.
A counter. Pucci raises his arms while standing with Whitesnake, if hit by a non-projectile, throw, HHA, or GHA attack, Pucci will teleport to the other side of the screen as the opponent collapses. It crumples grounded opponents while causing a hard knockdown against airborne ones. Every character has a unique animation for being affected by this attack.

C-MOON lunges forward and swings a massive punch, referencing the single punch he used to invert Jolyne's heart. The distance C-MOON travels forward increases depending on the attack strength, with Heavy () moving the furthest. It launches the opponent a great distance away on hit, making it compatible with the tactic of shoving the opponent as far away as possible and activating GHA in order to prevent them from reaching Pucci as he rises. Applies the Inverted status effect on hit.

Pucci and Made in Heaven teleport to the opponent's location in the air. The place where he appears changes depending on the attack strength used. Light () version makes Pucci and MiH reappear in front of the opponent. Medium () version makes Pucci and MiH reappear above the opponent. Heavy () version makes Pucci and MiH reappear behind the opponent.
Pucci and Made in Heaven throw 5 knives, referencing the attack he made on Jolyne in order to make Jotaro panic in the Made in Heaven story arc. The version used determines the angles at which the knives are thrown. Light () version is thrown almost directly downwards. Medium () version is thrown at a steep angle downwards. Heavy () version is thrown at a diagonal angle downwards.
Pucci grabs the opponent and smashes their face against his knee before tossing them to the ground, referencing what he did to Miraschon.

ON GROUND
A three-stock assist. Pucci lands in and summons C-MOON to strike the ground, causing three pieces of debris to fly up as projectiles that send the opponent flying. He then dismisses his Stand and poses before jumping back off-screeen.

Reversal Assist (リバーサルアシスト)
ON GROUND
A one-stock assist. Pucci jumps into the opponent, punching them with C-MOON and knocking them away. He then dismisses his Stand and poses before jumping back off-screen.
The input for this command normal has changed. Previously it was in place of . It also now launches the opponent on hit rather than causing normal pushback. Pucci also moves a much greater distance forward when stabbing out, giving the attack more range.
When the special is first activated, Pucci will now immediately say one of the 14 phrases instead of there being a small delay. This allows him to repeatedly input the special to more quickly stack the Green Baby Gauge, making it easier to transform Whitesnake into C-MOON than it was in All-Star Battle.
Pucci will now drop the DISC if he is hit while blocking. When the DISC is on the ground, the beam of light that it emits to help players see where it is located is thinner now, making it less obvious where the DISC is, especially at a distance or in the middle of combat. Additionally, if Pucci drops the DISC he's holding, re-landing any of the attacks that steal the opponent's DISC will now automatically grant him it back without him having to crouch over it to retrieve it. Furthermore, the translation for the name of this passive has changed slightly. Previously it was "the DISC" instead of "DISC".
The DISC travels much faster than it did in All-Star Battle. The startup is also noticeably faster. The DISC itself also has a new visual around it, making it easier to see.
The variant now only performs the first attack. As such, the damage for this variant is much lower than it was in All-Star Battle. The variant's second hit now causes a hard knockdown rather than a groundbounce. It can also hit downed opponents now.
For all variants, the first attack is now a Middle rather than a High. For the and variants, the attack also executes slower now, though the recovery and startup are faster, resulting in the move's animation ending in a comparable time frame and Pucci being able to act out of the skill sooner now like with all his other skills.
C-MOON now appears farther back than it did in All-Star Battle. However, it moves much farther forward while attacking, resulting in the attack having more range overall. It also now has two hits instead of one, with the second hit launching the opponent.
The input for this command normal has changed. Previously it was in place of . It also now launches the opponent on hit rather than causing normal pushback. Pucci also moves a much greater distance forward when stabbing out, giving the attack more range.
The DISC travels much faster than it did in All-Star Battle. The startup is also noticeably faster. The DISC itself also has a new visual around it, making it easier to see.
The recovery on this skill has been decreased for all variants, resulting in C-MOON not staying crouched after striking the ground for as long. This is more apparent the heavier the variant.
This attack now has a hitbox that launches the opponent away on hit. This makes it much easier to properly activate this GHA as Pucci does not have to find another way to keep the opponent occupied while he raises into the air.
Made in Heaven now appears farther back than it did in All-Star Battle. However, it moves much farther forward while attacking, resulting in the attack having more range overall. It also now launches the opponent rather than causing a hard knockdown.
The input for this command normal has changed. Previously it was in place of . It also now launches the opponent on hit rather than causing normal pushback. Pucci also moves a much greater distance forward when stabbing out, giving the attack more range.
The way this passive functions is completely different now. Instead of both players' animations being slowed down and the timer being accelerated, Pucci now has increased movement speed while dashing, running, and backdashing. While doing so, he turns invisible, though he can still be hit. However, he can pass through the opponent, allowing him to easily cross-up the opponent. Furthermore, he has gained the ability to chain his aerial attacks together.
The DISC travels much faster than it did in All-Star Battle. The startup is also noticeably faster. The DISC itself also has a new visual around it, making it easier to see.
This skill can be used in User Mode now. Instead of the and variants teleporting Pucci into a location on the ground, Pucci teleports into the same position relative to the opponent laterally, but will appear in the air.
Whitesnake (ホワイトスネイク)C-MOONMade in Heaven (メイド・イン・ヘブン)
The input for this command normal has changed. Previously it was in place of . Whitesnake also now moves forward while attacking, giving this attack a greater range.
Pucci will now drop the DISC if he is hit while blocking. While C-MOON still moves a variable distance forward based on what attack button was used to activate the ability, the difference between variants is much more significant now. This results in the and variants having a much greater range than they had in All-Star Battle. The attack also has two hits instead of only one and deals much more damage. Additionally, the translation of the name of this skill has changed slightly. Previously it was "Only need one punch" instead of "I only need one punch.".
This attack executes much faster than it did in All-Star Battle. C-MOON also now moves a variable distance forward based on what attack button was inputted to activate the skill, resulting in the heavier variants of the skill having much more range now. Furthermore, the number of hits, and therefore the damage, also increases as the strength of the attack button inputted does instead of staying the same across variants.
This attack now has a hitbox that launches the opponent away on hit. This makes it much easier to properly activate this GHA as Pucci does not have to find another way to keep the opponent occupied while he raises into the air.
Pucci and Made in Heaven move a greater distance forward when attacking, giving this normal more range. The attack also launches the opponent rather than causing a hard knockdown.
The way this passive functions is completely different now. Instead of both players' animations being slowed down and the timer being accelerated, Pucci now has increased movement speed while dashing, running, and backdashing. While doing so, he turns invisible, though he can still be hit. However, he can pass through the opponent, allowing him to easily cross-up the opponent. Furthermore, he has gained the ability to chain his aerial attacks together.
Pucci and Made in Heaven travel farther while attacking now for all variants. The attack also hits twice now, causing it to deal significantly more damage than it did in All-Star Battle.
Instead of the and variants teleporting Pucci into a location on the ground, Pucci teleports into the same position relative to the opponent laterally, but will appear in the air.
Pucci (Final)'s first ten Taunt and Victory Lines are included in his Taunt and Victory Poses respectively, with two lines per pose; the first two poses of each type are unlocked by default, while the other three of each must be purchased for 450 G each. The remaining lines of both types can be purchased as a single set for 300 G. Pucci (Final)'s Tag Lines can be purchased as a set for 140 G.

Enrico Pucci's Stand. It has the ability to steal people's memories and Stands by converting them into DISCs. It can also insert DISCs into other people or living beings to manipulate them.
The Stand of Father Pucchi, with the ability to steal people's memories and their Stands and capture them as discs. The discs can then be inserted into some other person or being to control them.
The memories or Stand of any living thing, extracted onto a DISC by Whitesnake. By inserting the DISC into someone else's head, that person gains the ability to read the memories or use the Stand contained within.
The memories or Stand of any living thing, extracted onto a disc using Pale Snake's special ability. If installed into someone else's head, the memories and Stand can be transferred to that person.
Enrico Pucci's Stand, and the evolved form of Whitesnake. It can manipulate gravity to allow the user to act as a center of gravity. It can also reverse the gravitational pull of anything it attacks, turning it inside-out.

Heaven is a place where souls that reach their full power can obtain true happiness. To go there, one needs certain requirements such as 36 sinners' souls and 14 specific words. The method was recorded within DIO's diary, but Jotaro set fire to the book. However, Pucci later steals his memory DISC, learns the contents, and enacts the plan himself.
A recipe for reaching the paradise of heaven, demanding such things as the souls of 36+ felons, and 14 secret words. It was recorded by DIO, but the note was burned by Jotaro. By stealing his memory disc, Pucchi learns the recipe.
The completed form of Enrico Pucci's Stand. Its front half resembles a horse, and the rest is a humanoid figure. It has the ability to accelerate time indefinitely, allowing it to complete a cycle of time itself and bring about a new world.
The ultimate form of Father Pucchi's Stands. It's front half has the appearance of a horse and the rest is humanoid. It effects limitless acceleration of time, and can effectively generate whole new worlds.
A world created by the endless acceleration of time brought about by Enrico Pucci's Stand, Made in Heaven. During the preceding cycle of time, all living things experienced every event in their future, and only Pucci is capable of altering their fate.
A result of the huge acceleration of time brought about by Father Pucchi's Stand, Maiden Heaven that results in a Reset World. It gives all living things a taste of their future, but only Pucchi can alter his own fate.
The place Pucci visits in order to complete his Stand in Part 6: Stone Ocean. It is located at Cape Canaveral in Florida. Despite Jolyne and company's best efforts to foil Pucci's plot, Pucci's Stand ability reaches its full potential.
