Lisa Lisa (リサリサ, Risa Risa) was confirmed for All-Star Battle R in the game's initial announcement trailer.[1]
Unlike in the original All-Star Battle, the English localization of All-Star Battle R refers to her as "Lisa Lisa (Elizabeth)" for unknown reasons.
As Lisa Lisa's voice actress in both the Battle Tendency anime and the original All-Star Battle, Atsuko Tanaka reprises her role in the remaster. As with the majority of the game's roster, voice lines for Lisa Lisa were either added or re-recorded.
Lisa Lisa has 900 health and uses the Ripple (波紋, Hamon) Battle Style, which allows her to use the "Ripple Breathing" special to charge her Heart Heat Gauge. She can also draw from her Heart Heat Gauge in order to perform Ripple-enhanced versions of her various skills, increasing their power and utility.
Lisa Lisa slides forward and performs a sweeping kick at the opponent's feet. If they are hit, they will be knocked to the ground in a hard knockdown.

If she passes through the opponent initially, the combination of skills also can allow Lisa Lisa to quickly dash in and out of an opponent's melee range to avoid attacks and then punish the opponent.

If Ripple-enhanced, the knife shocks the opponent, hitting them multiple times and launching them into the air instead of causing a groundbounce. This skill cannot be used if Lisa Lisa jumps backward.
Lisa Lisa, using just her index finger, sends a blast of Ripple into her opponent. If she forward-throws, she'll look at the opponent while she's shocking them, but if she back-throws them, she'll close her eyes while not looking at them.

Lisa Lisa gracefully twirls her scarf around her not unlike a ballerina. If the opponent strikes her with a non-Throw melee attack, they'll be repelled into the air by a sudden blast of Ripple. Wrapping the Ripple-embedded scarf around the opponent to trap them, Lisa Lisa states that it is Satiporoja Beetle-thread, able to conduct 100% of the Ripple. She then rapidly assaults the helpless opponent with a flurry of Ripple-infused punches and kicks, all whilst noting that the scarf was specially made and expensive. Lisa Lisa finishes by delivering a final back-flipping kick as she retrieves the scarf and unravels the opponent in a single motion. If the initial attack misses, Lisa Lisa finishes her twirl and says, "You won't even try? What a shame!" (来ないの？ 残念ね) Not every one of Lisa Lisa's skills can cancel into this GHA. Only the following skills can:

Notably, this is one of the highest damaging GHAs in the game, bested only by other counter GHAs like Diavolo's and Enrico Pucci's. Because of its high damage, it can make for a great comeback tool or round-ender, as it can easily bypass the opponent's low health mode.

Depending on the attack button inputted, Lisa Lisa now throws an increasing number of knifes instead of always only throwing one, though the Ripple-enhanced version still only throws one. Because of this, the skill's damage has been altered and has the chance to deal more damage depending on the variant used and number of knives that hit. Lisa Lisa is also pushed backward an increasing distance when she throws the knives now. When a knife hits, it now causes a groundbounce for the normal variants or launches the opponent for the Ripple-enhanced variant. Lisa Lisa's theme is Lisa Lisa (LISA LISA), and can be unlocked in-game by landing the "Snake Muffler" skill in All-Star Battle Mode's Lisa Lisa vs. Joseph Joestar Normal Battle.
It is named after Lisa Lisa's alias itself, her birth name being Elizabeth Joestar.

"Snake Muffler" skill

Downed opponents can no longer be hit.
These changes make it so if the initial skill used in the "Ripple Chain" special is blocked and the opponent then tries to dodge or jump, this attack will hit.
"Prepare to die!" skill
Sped up attack.
Changed so if the opponent is holding back when this skill is activated, they will be put into a blocking state.
Increased forward movement.

These changes make it so that this attack hits if the opponent guarded the second skill used in the "Ripple Chain" special and continues to guard.

The skill can now be canceled into specials.
