Manga Debut: Chapter 1: Prologue
A site that was used for a vampirization ritual by the Aztec Chief and his tribe. It seems to be an Aztec pyramid with a flat top where a table has been set in order to tie up victims and kill them in rituals.
Brando House
Dario Brando and Dio Brando's house. A run-down appartment in London that has very few furnitures. A bed for Dario, a cupboard, a chair, a table, and a heater.
Accident Site
A patch of ground at the bottom of a slope and besides a river. It was there that the Joestar Family had a coach accident, the coach having fallen down the slope. The accident killed Mary Joestar and the coach driver, and it is there that George Joestar I met Dario Brando.

A cemetery in London. Dario Brando was buried here after his death.

A steam cruiser going from England to the United States. Jonathan Joestar and Erina intended to spend their honeymoon on the cruise but Dio Brando and Wang Chan had infiltrated the boat. They turn the passengers into a zombie mob. However, Jonathan manages to destroy the boat by forcing Wang Chan to hold the axle of the engine in place, making it explode. Erina and a baby, the future Lisa Lisa, are the only survivor. Dio too but he's stuck at the bottom of the ocean.

It is in here that Straizo betrays Robert E. O. Speedwagon and decides to become a Vampire. The Nazis retrieve Speedwagon and Santana and move their to their base.

It is equipped with a self-destruct mechanism in case the situation goes out of control. It is where Joseph Joestar and Rudol von Stroheim fight Santana.

A secret cavern under the Colosseum. A secret passage behind the famous Bocca della Verità. The Nazis discover three Pillar Men slumbering here, Wamuu, Esidisi and Kars. The cavern is vast and decorated with columns and primitive sculptures. Its main point of interest is the wall in which the Pillar Men slumbered and the Nazis have installed several installations to keep the Pillar Men in check. They escape anyway. It is there that Joseph Joestar first encounters the three Pillar Men.

It is the theater of several battles, notably Jotaro Kujo against DIO.

The bright colors and unreal carved animals make it a popular tourist attraction spot. It becomes the location of the battle between Muhammad Avdol and Jean Pierre Polnareff.

The 19th century British refered to it as one of the "Worst places in the world". The city was officially renamed to Kolkata in 2001. A very active city, it is ridden with beggars, thiefs and filth, which shocks most of the Joestar Group. It is there that Jean Pierre Polnareff encounters Hol Horse and J. Geil.

A public transportation bus travelling across India from Calcutta to Varanasi. The Joestar Group take the bus with Nena to this city.
Varanasi
A holy Indian city along the river Ganges, also known as Benares. Home to fakirs and where religious rituals are a common sight. It is said that one can remain in this city for months without getting bored. Joseph Joestar has to fight Empress in the streets of Varanasi.

Varanasi Clinic
A questionable clinic at the heart of Varanasi. Joseph Joestar goes there to have a gash operated, but it is in truth Empress, a Stand that kills the local doctor. Joseph flees the clinic when the nurse sees the dead doctor.
Varanasi Streets
The busy streets of Varanasi. Jean Pierre Polnareff and Nena stroll there and it seems that a romance between them is blooming. Incidentally, Joseph Joestar has to run in the markets of Varanasi to find a way to stop Empress.

An unremarkable road in Florida. It is there that Jolyne's misadventures begin as Romeo Jisso seemingly runs over a pedestrian and she is framed for murder.
Detention Center
A detention center where Jolyne Cujoh and Ermes Costello are held while awaiting their trial. It is equipped with a visiting room where prisoners can speak to family and lawyers alike, under the surveillance of the guards. Jolyne and Ermes first meet here.

A typical courtroom in Florida. Jolyne is sentenced to 15 years in prison for murder there before she's brought out.
Florida Swamps
The swamps of Florida. Rikiel challenges Jolyne Cujoh and Ermes Costello in a swamp such as this. It's muddy so it's easy for vehicles to be stuck.

A city in Florida, near the Kennedy Space Center. It falls victim to Heavy Weather's snail ability and many of its inhabitants are turned into snails.

A hospital in Orlando, unremarkable save for being the place where Enrico Pucci meets Ungalo, Rikiel and Donatello Versus. Donatello finds a sinkhole under his room and it is there that Jolyne Cujoh encounters Under World for the first time.

The Atlantic Ocean. In a misguided attempt at depriving Enrico Pucci of cover, the Joestar Group flies to there. However, they soon realize that the tide provides ample cover for Pucci. Arizona Desert
The Arizona Desert, a vast desert that sets the stage for the second part of the SBR. Sandman's tribe lives there. The desert is extremely vast and possesses several types of landscapes, from hot desertic plains, to iron-rich mountains and Monument Valley, among others. It is the theater of several fights between Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli against, in that order, Mrs. Robinson, the Boomboom Family, Oyecomova, and Pork Pie Hat Kid. There is a Devil's Palm moving around the desert and several people have become Stand Users while crossing it.

SBR Train
A special train prepared by Steven Steel to welcome journalists and VIPs so that they could observe the first stage of the SBR. The train continues its way through the Arizona Desert and is repurposed into a mobile base for Funny Valentine during the second and third stages of the race.

A humble village build in the Rocky Mountains. Its population is turned into dinosaurs because of the power of Scary Monsters.

A Devil's Palm situated atop a mountain. The mountain's peak is shaped like the word "Movere crus" and the Bid Dipper points to the peak, indicating where the Eyes are hidden.

The finish line of the third stage of the SBR.
Kansas Forest
A forest in Kansas. It is there that Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli meet Hot Pants. They also meet Ringo Roadagain and fight him, because his ability Mandom forces the participants to get lost and always return to him and he explains that they need to kill him to get out.
Ringo's Cabin
A dilapitated cabin in the forest. Ringo makes it his residence while trying to take the Corpse Parts from Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli. It is the theater of several duels between Ringo and other participants of the SBR.
Kansas Plains
The Great Plains, relatively flat plains serving as the main area for the fourth stage of the SBR.
Kansas City
Kansas City is a city in the middle of the United States, Kansas to be precise. It serves as the finish line for the fourth stage of the SBR. It is there that Lucy Steel gets involved in Funny Valentine's plot and where Blackmore kills Mountain Tim. Diego Brando also strikes a deal with Funny Valentine in this city.
Mississippi's vicinity
Near the Mississippi, Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli are attacked by a combination of Sandman and Diego Brando's abilities. Johnny learns about the Golden Rectangle in there and manages to kill Sandman.
Michigan Forest
A snow-covered forest in Michigan.
Great Tree
A giant tree serving as a Devil's Palm and where the Ears and Left Arm can be obtained. It traps people there and submits them to several trials overseen by one prisoner that is preserved for ages. Sugar Mountain is the current host when Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli find it. The springs nearby are connected to the tree and are part of the trial.
Milwaukee
A city in Michigan. It is where Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli go to spend their acquired money. In a seedy casino, Johnny and Gyro also fight the Eleven Men and are ultimately forced to trade their Corpse Parts away.

The outskirts of Chicago currently being developed, where participants of the SBR pass. Diego Brando meets Mike O. in there and reveals him the weight and probable sex of the traitor in the government.
Chicago Residence
A presidential residence in Chicago. Under high security because of Funny Valentine's presence, it is nonetheless infiltrated by Lucy Steel and Hot Pants, who try to steal Valentine's corpse parts. Is it there that Mike O. is killed by Hot Pants and where Scarlet Valentine dies, although that second death is kept secret.
Michigan Lake Straits
A frozen strait between Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. The participants in the SBR have to cross it to finish the sixth stage but the ice is not necessarily thick enough. It is where Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli are attacked by Wekapipo and Magent Magent. It is near there too that a wolf, the host of the Legs, is dwelling.
Mackinaw City
A village in Michigan. It is the finish line for the sixth stage of the SBR.
Gettysburg
A town situated in Pennsylvania. It is where Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli encounter Axl RO and battle his Civil War.
Philadelphia
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is one of the critical locations of the SBR, as the finish line of the seventh stage of the SBR. It is the theater of a series of battles between Stand Users as Funny Valentine has gathered most of the Corpse Parts and the participants in the race scramble to find and defeat Valentine. Valentine eventually secures his way out of the city with Lucy Steel and Steven Steel.

Independence Hall
Independence Hall is the building where both the United States Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted. Funny Valentine makes it his temporary base during the seventh stage and hides the Saint's Corpse there until Lucy Steel discovers it and she is revealed to be the host of the last part, the Head.
New Jersey
New Jersey is a state in the Mid-Atlantic region of the Northeastern United States. It is the main area of the eighth stage of the SBR. It is most importantly the battlefield in which Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli challenge Funny Valentine, empowered by Love Train.

New York City. The most populous and prosperous city in the United States, built on the East Coast and the finish line of the entire SBR. It is where Johnny Joestar pursues and battles a Parallel World Diego Brando.

Trinity Church
Trinity Church is a church in New York City. Under it, a vault has been built to store the Saint's Corpse indefinitely. After Parallel World Diego Brando stores the Saint's Corpse in there, Lucy Steel confronts him and kills him.

Kira's Apartment Room
The apartment room that Yoshikage Kira lived in. Josuke finds a sailor suit that fits him perfectly. The room has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Josuke and Yasuho find a naked girl in the bathtub while investigating the bathroom. It is in the bathroom and out to the living room that Josuke fights Ojiro and try to escape his clutches.

A large island in the Indonesian archipelago. It is the natural habitat of the Locacaca and the locals have used it for generations. The island has been invaded by the Japanese during World War II but was liberated eventually.
