In the midst of the destruction, Jolyne and Ermes pursue Donatello Versus, who seeks Jotaro's memory DISC in hopes of obtaining Heaven for himself.

Summary

The episode resumes right after Weather Report knocks over the disabled man. A crowd starts to form telling Weather to let the man sit down. Weather then grabs the man by the neck and uses his stand, Weather Report, to make water start gushing out of the man’s eyes. Weather Report then starts to walk away and gets stopped by Anasui who was calling his name. Anasui then learns that something has changed about Weather seeming like he gained a new personality.

While that is happening rainbows start to close in on Donatello’s feet that are tied up by Stone Free. Ermes rushes at Donatello with a fist cocked back ready for a punch. Right as Ermes is about to punch Donatello her Stands fist passes through a rainbow created by Weather Report. Ermes arm then bursts open and snail eggs and shells start to fall out. Donatello then explains to Jolyne and Ermes that the rainbows are part of Weather Reports' ability that was gained back from his memory disc.

After Pucci is done also explaining Weathers's ability, Donatello quickly turns away and starts to flee the scene. Jolyne and Ermes chase after Donatello and get stopped by two security guards. Rainbows start to touch the guards and they start to burst into snail shells and eggs and then turn into a giant snails. Jolyne and Ermes contemplate if they should go kill Weather or go kill Pucci.

Donatello is running down the sidewalk outside the hospital and remembers that Jolyne had used a phone to call someone, so he uses his Stand, Underworld, to dig up the memory of her calling Emporio. Knowing that Emporio has Jotaro’s disc, Donatello decides to go after Emporio to retrieve the disc.

Donatello then finds Emporio and knocks him out to retrieve the disc. When Donatello goes to find the disc from Emporio, he finds out that Emporio doesn’t have the disc on him. Jolyne and Ermes start to run in his direction, and in a panic, he drags Emporio behind some bushes. Jolyne and Ermes start to turn into snails because they had touched one of the snails on the ground. They then find Donatello behind a bush with Emporio. Jolyne uses her snail body to squish into a pole to attack Donatello. After that, they tell Donatello that Emporio was turning into a snail making him be able to turn anyone who touches him into a snail.

Jolyne and Ermes open a door to a car that is nearby and Ermes realizes that inside the car are these beetles called snail eaters. Meanwhile, Anasui realizes that Weather Report is the one resposible for the snails. Weather Report silences Anasui and tells him that the Pucci is whithin 20-meters.
