Stone Ocean - Episode 32
Heavy Weather, Part 3 (ヘビー・ウェザー その③, Hebī Wezā Sono 3) is the thirty-second episode of Stone Ocean and the one-hundred-eighty-fourth episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime. The episode covers from Chapter 133 to Chapter 137 of the original manga.
Jolyne's group hurries to find Weather Report and stop his Stand. Meanwhile, Weather Report resolves to settle the score with Enrico Pucci.
The episode starts with Jolyne, Ermes, and Emporio in a car with Donatello driving. Ermes holding Donatello in a choke hold tells him to drive straight. As that's happening, Jolyne interrupts saying that she can feel Weather Report's presence close to Pucci's.
Meanwhile, Anasui is forcibly asking Weather what is going on. Weather then explains to Anasui that the snails that are appearing and turning humans into snails have happened before in 1988. He then explains how he feels guilty for turning everyone into snails. After hearing this, Anasui starts to get mad saying that Jolyne better not have turned into a snail. Weather then comes up with his theory that touching the snails begins the human's metamorphosis into a snail. Weather exclaims that his sole purpose in life is to settle the score with Pucci.
Weather Report uses his Stand, Weather Report, to check the airflow to see if Pucci is nearby. Anasui tells Weather that they should also check the cars to make sure Pucci isn't hiding inside. Weather agrees and Anasui makes a hand gesture to close in on the car. As Weather walks up to the car, his leg gets cut clean off. Pucci then starts to rise from under a pile of snails where he was hiding saying that in 1988 he had overcome the power of the stand were he won't turn into a snail. Anasui starts to rush at Pucci and right as he does Pucci moves to the side, showing a reflection of a rainbow created by Weather Report.
Pucci explains how Weather will be the one to help him get to heaven. Pucci tells him that cutting his leg off will let him live king enough to remove everyone that is in his way. As Pucci turns around he gets a drop of blood on his cheek, and when he looks up, he finds Weather Report jumping in the air. Anasui had submerged Diver Down into Weather's body to give him a leg to stand on.
When Weather raises his fist to punch Pucci, Pucci uses his stand, Whitesnake, to block the punch. But right as Weather is about to land the punch, he turns his stands fist into a sharp blade piercing Whitesnake and Pucci, sending them flying. As Weather walks up to Pucci, Anasui exclaims that he should grab Pucci and blow him away with a gust of wind. But right as Weather is about to grab Pucci, Pucci uses a flash shard to reflect the light onto Anasui making him turn more into a snail, making him weak and not able to keep Diver Down submerged in Weather Report.
Pucci explains that the way Heavy Weather works is by the human subconscious. He explained that when Weather Report did the same thing in their hometown, a blind lady wasn't turning into a snail because she was blind, not being able to have her subconscious affected by Weather Reports' ability. After Pucci explains this, Anasui tried to punch Pucci with Diver Down but gets countered with a punch to the head from Whitesnake. Pucci then yells "You shall be crucified", raising Whitesnake's arm to chop Weather Report. Then, all of a sudden, blood starts to rise from the puddles and harden into a spike. Anasui realizes that Weather is blowing up the blood, then using super cool temperatures to cool it into a sharp spike.
Pucci then uses Whitesnake to mind control Anasui by putting his hand on Anasui's neck. With this mind control, Pucci has Anasui be his eyes and guide him away from the spikes in the blood. While this is happening, Weather is creating another spike of blood from blood on Pucci's shoulder, digging into his neck. Pucci backs up in pain, stepping on another spike of blood as Weather uses his stand to add air pressure around Pucci. Pucci sends out Whitesnake to punch the blood spikes in Weather's direction to make him dodge and move the air pressure chamber Weather made. Instead of dodging, Weather takes the hit and lets the spikes pierce him so he could freeze up the blood from Pucci creating a tie between the two. Weather yanks the blood tie connected between them to pull Pucci closer to him.
Memories of Perla and past trauma come back to Weather making him more enraged at Pucci. Weather summons his stand and punches Pucci in the stomach with all his might, creating a big cloud around them. When the cloud settles, Weather has Pucci in a choke hold on the ground.
Right as Weather is about to punch Pucci, the car Jolyne, Ermes, Emporio, and Donatello were in comes crashing through. When Jolyne gets out of the car to find Weather she sees Pucci's silhouette in a dust could. When the dust settles Jolyne locks her eyes on Pucci and ties her stands string around the back tire of the car. Jolyne presses on the gas to spin the tire and let's go to launch at Pucci. Right as she is about to reach him, Pucci punches a gaping hole through Weather's chest.
In a fit of rage, Jolyne attempts to land a punch on Pucci but Anasui stops her. He explains that it wasn't the real Pucci and he was able to insert a disk into Donatello to make him dig up the memory of Pucci killing Weather to fool them. The gang pays their respects to Weather as they all grieve.
