Made in Heaven, Part 2 (メイド・イン・ヘブン その②, Meido In Hebun Sono 2) is the thirty-seventh and penultimate episode of Stone Ocean and the one-hundred-eighty-ninth episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime.

Enrico Pucci's new Stand Made in Heaven overwhelms Jolyne's group with its sheer speed. Anasui acts as bait while Jotaro prepares to attack.

Summary

Pucci tells the group that he will be getting rid of them, finding them unsuitable for the future he envisions for humanity. Emporio pulls out his ghost gun and shoots at him but misses. However, Emporio purposely shot at the building behind him, revealing that the bullet was duplicated by Ermes's Kiss. Everyone grabs each other tightly as Pucci circles around them, and Ermes removes the sticker on the copied bullet which sends them flying off. Still, Pucci catches up in no time. Anasui advises Emporio to do it again and change their direction so that they can reach the ocean. He notes that Made in Heaven's strength is only above average at best, and Pucci can only attack one at a time which they can use to an advantage.

Anasui then formulates a plan. He informs Jotaro that he will signal him when Pucci attacks him, so that he can stop time afterwards. Because of the required precision in split second, the rest of the group hesitates. Jotaro also tells him that Pucci might be bluffing that he would strike Anasui first, but the latter ensures that Diver Down has already submerged inside everyone to protect them. Emporio warns that the next attack will be fatal, but Anasui remains confident that he can signal before the killing blow, considering that he has been lucky since the jailbreak. Perhaps, if he lives through this, he can finally marry Jolyne... but she isn't opposing the idea. This takes both him and her father by surprise, and she lets him know that she is not doing it out of despair, but because his idea gave her a glimpse of hope. Before Anasui can reply, Ermes sees Pucci landing on a rock and urges Emporio to shoot towards the ocean. Fortunately, his zooming speed on top of the water allows them to track him easily.

Suddenly, they notice that the sky is already rising. Night had passed in less than thirty minutes, and time is accelerating faster than ever. Despite of this, living creatures of nature haven't changed in speed. A TV news reporter demonstrates that nothing happens to a cup when he moves it with his hand, but the moment he drops it, it touches the ground before the eye can catch the fall. Manga artists fail to catch up to schedule since the ink dries too fast, with the exception of Rohan Kishibe.

The waves become no longer distinguishable with Pucci's steps. Everyone prepares for Pucci's ambush when he bloodily punches straight through Anasui's chest, allowing for Jotaro's cue to stop time. However, he sees that Pucci used Stone Free to attack Anasui, making him lose a second. With two seconds left, he approaches to attack but then sees a knife about to stab Jolyne by the neck. Jotaro is horrified to see several knives pointed at her direction, remembering what DIO once did in the past. In less than a second, he pushes her aside and sends a barrage of punches at Pucci — unfortunately, he was two steps behind.

With Anasui dead and everyone at a severe disadvantage, Ermes attempts to attack but, in a split second, Pucci tears her and Jotaro apart. In his dying breath, Jotaro calls out to Jolyne, who weakly tells him that she had stolen a car because she knew that he would always come and save her. Jotaro then drops to the ground. Emporio screams in horror and Pucci appears behind him, admitting his part in the murder of his mother. He points his ghost gun at Pucci, but he only taunts by urging him to shoot so that he will die a martyr. Out of bullets, Jolyne pulls Emporio into the water before rapidly striking Pucci which he easily blocks. She manages to throw a knife on his right eye and retreats into the ocean. Yelling the Joestars' name in contempt, he dives into the water to hunt for her.

Jolyne reveals that she had used Stone Free to grab hold of a dolphin. Emporio, who is on the dolphin clutching the Stand's strings, calls for her to join her, but notices that the string is getting longer. She then decides to let herself go after Anasui, Ermes, and Jotaro's sacrifice and, knowing she is a Joestar, Pucci will always be able to track her down. She orders Emporio to survive, as this was what she and the others would want. Jolyne finally cuts the string and face the priest. When Emporio emerges his head from the water, he only sees butterflies fluttering in the sky.

The speed of Made in Heaven's acceleration makes the sun appear stretched out, and the sun sets and rises in mere seconds. The Joestar group's corpses rot fast, and everyone's clothes quickly disintegrate. Suddenly, Emporio sees time collapse into singularity, with all living creatures appearing to be sucked into a bright light as he closes his eyes...

When Emporio opens his eyes, he seems to be back in Green Dolphin Street Prison and everything is back to normal, save for some naked guards and inmates who appear to be aware of the accelerated time.
