Heavy Weather, Part 2 (ヘビー・ウェザー その②, Hebī Wezā Sono 2) is the thirty-first episode of Stone Ocean and the one-hundred-eighty-third episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime. The episode covers from Chapter 127 to Chapter 129, Pages 3 to 5 of Chapter 133, and Page 2 of Chapter 134 of the original manga.
The story of Enrico Pucci and his lost twin brother is revealed in full. In 1982, Pucci becomes involved with a man named Dio Brando, who bestows him with a mysterious Arrow. When Pucci later learns that his sister Perla is unknowingly dating her own brother, his actions lead to the ruin of all three and the birth of a pair of terrifying Stand abilities.
