The episode covers from Chapter 127 to Chapter 129, Pages 3 to 5 of Chapter 133, and Page 2 of Chapter 134 of the original manga.
Enrico Pucci is born alongside his twin brother, who is switched with an ill-fated baby. As a young adult, he meets a strange man called DIO.
