DU Episode 3
The Nijimura Brothers (1) (虹村兄弟 その1, Nijimura Kyodai Sono Ichi) is the seventy-seventh episode of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime and the third episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.
Summary
Jotaro interrogates Angelo as to how he acquired his Stand. Angelo tells him that when he was in prison, a man wearing a school uniform pierced him with an Arrow, yet he didn't die. The man said he "passed the test" of the Arrow and has gained a power called a Stand. The man added that he was from Morioh and Angelo should come there sometime. While Jotaro and Josuke were listening to the story, Aqua Necklace escapes and threatens to smash a child's head. Josuke reacts quickly and "fixes" Angelo even further- fusing him with the rock permanently, all while saving the child.
A few days later, Koichi and Josuke stumble upon an abandoned house. When Koichi opens the gate, a student emerges from the house and slams the gate on his neck. The student reveals himself as Okuyasu Nijimura before his brother shoots Koichi with an Arrow; hoping to awaken his Stand. However, the arrow fatally pierces Koichi's flesh, causing him to quickly fall unconscious. Okuyasu stops Josuke from healing Koichi and fights him with his Stand, The Hand, which can erase space. Despite this intimidating power, Josuke flings flowerpots at Okuyasu: ultimately defeating him. Meanwhile, Jotaro comes across the revelation that Enya the Hag had the Bow and Arrow originally; which gave DIO his Stand. Jotaro vows to destroy the Arrow so there will never again be another Stand like The World.
Josuke heals the wounded Okuyasu, confusing him as to why he'd help his enemy. Josuke then enters the Nijimura's house after Okuyasu's brother drags Koichi inside. It is then revealed that Okuyasu's brother is Keicho Nijimura. Okuyasu re-enters the house after Josuke, saying that he has not been defeated, only to be shot several times by an unknown source. Josuke evades the gunfire and tries to find out what Keicho's Stand is. Okuyasu refuses to tell him but Josuke heals him anyway. Okuyasu, grateful for what Josuke did, teleports Koichi closer to them. Josuke finally heals Koichi only to be attacked by Keicho's Stand- Bad Company, which is comprised of a miniature armada complete with troops and assault vehicles. Koichi remarks he is able to see the Stands now, meaning he himself has become a Stand user. Keicho surrounds Koichi and Josuke with his troops and attacks Koichi in order to awaken his Stand, thinking that it may be the Stand he is looking for.
